Its an awesome blend of dark rum and ginger beer to make is sweet and a bit spicy. Clint will show you an awesome way to finish this drink that will really wow people!
How to make a Dark & Stormy:
In a Collins glass combine:
Ice
1 and 1/2 oz Goslings Dark Rum
1/2 oz of Fresh squeezed lime juice
Top glass off with Ginger Beer and garnish with a lime, enjoy!

Absolutely, the rum is a float. It then resembles a dark cloud, it’s all about presentation people! That’s how it’s served in Bermuda, along with a cocktail stick or straw so the drinker can give it a stir before drinking. It every tells you how to build the drink on the back of the rum bottle!
