A good fps with NO SBMM/EOMM🙌 Can't wait. As long as they got the server issues straightened out, it's going to be good. A nice change of pace to have an old school matchmaking system.
Edit: no SBMM/EOMM doesn't mean no sweats. It means variety. In the play test, multiple matches there were sweats to below average players on each team. It was nice.

I assume the First Battle pass will have some alright items. Nothing flashy or crazy, that stuff will probably be sold in the store. Launch day might be rough and it's expected to have issues like any other game nowaday. Regardless im ready for it all 👍🏽😤

I’m genuinely excited to try this out. The shooter market needs more titles. More regular battlefield releases in the past were great for the genre, as were games like Halo, Crysis, Homefront and even the Goldeneye remaster were all such welcomed and fun games in their own ways and actually gave me a reason to put CoD aside from time to time. Now CoD is trash and there just isn’t competition. The more competition the better

Tests are always going to be full of sweats, casuals dont follow when a beta or test is going to be live
Yea, not having TDM at launch is wild. But I get it. Don't want the user base to immediately die out due to being lobby shopped in TDM since there is no SBMM.
1. TDM isn’t necessary when Hot Shot exists
2. It was a test, only the sweats were playing. Casuals will play because it’s free

Im super hyped for this game but, as an FPS player I’m super scared as well. Apparently, nowadays people go for the easy way of cheating, you can find them everywhere it’s so sad and frustrating. I’m wondering how’s they will address this situation?
& I don’t mind cosmetics on a free game as long as the game is good and they aren’t over priced I will support it.

Shotguns aren’t viable in this game the way ttk is and map layout. Ill try my damnest to make em work but wont be surprised if ill be the only one using em in a game and consistently gettin shitted on, even staying within shotgun ranges.

it’s actually better that they delay stuff id rather have a complete game and wait for it then an unfinished game
I think this game will be way more interesting if they add some high stakes game modes. Just deathmatch and control game modes will probably not keep me playing for a long period of time.

The betas ran pretty good on my ROG Ally. You might have to install Windows for the anti cheat software though.
My only concern is the anti-cheat. Free to play games are always infested with them.

@@James_08_07 well the last play test was horrible according to lots of players. They were enjoying it, but the netcode was having issues. I feel like Ubisoft jumped the gun and told them to release it even in its bad state. They will probably improve it over time, also with it being free to play, that means lots of cheaters, unless they actually enforce their anti-cheat

its going to have server issues and poor hit detection as i think they have decided to get the game out , and then they can fix it on the go as and when issues pop up and things will be removed from the game as they will be broken and op and i wouldnt be at all surprised if the game gets taken offline for reasons for a short time as the recent tests didnt give me much confidence that they were ready.
by this time ppl will realise its a sweatfest as they have pro players involved who will want a game for pro players and not casual players (we already have cods for the sweatfest) and the player base will drop off to a core group , which may or may not be enough to support the future of the game as im sure that ubi have looked at the money that cod and fortnight are getting for cosmetics and they will have a "bottom line" that will dictate whether they will keep the game going.
I won't play it at first, just watch and see how it releases. If it's still shit with hit detection and netcode then I'll pass

I tried to like this game....but definitely wasn't nowhere near as fun as I thought it was going to be..... it felt really clunky to me movement wise.... felt really a lot like a battle field type game that I don't have fun playing...... I'm definitely going to download it and give It a week of solid game play before I judge it to hard

Why? It’s free, fun, doesn’t try to make you hate playing it through matchmaking, has great maps and season 1 starts in 6 weeks.
I soooooooooo want this game to succeed. I’m sooooooooo tired of getting rail gun pop shots and cheech and chonged into a J by some chooch sliding around the map pre firing me. I’m old, only play weird hours when my family is sleeping or not home….I just wanna play TDM and rank up. Since I unlocked interstellar I either go KD 3 or KD .4-.5 with 2 or 3 people going a combined 5-35…. Sooo done 😭

I'm all for having a "Prestige" system, but seriously if it's not their at the start...is it really a big deal. I mean you have 6 weeks, how about you not grind the hell out of it from the start, and actually soak in the game and enjoy it. Just sayin
