Live glitch art video rig rundown [Tupper Werewolf Weekender]

- Last weekend I headed out with @tupperwerewolf6004 to play a couple of gigs, accompanying his wondrous electronica with my visual delights. Here's a quick rundown of the setup I've been using for this kind of thing, including the Roland P10, Edirol v4, Andrei Jay Waaave Pool, and more.

(By the way - the mixer ever goes weird just try replacing the caps on the power supply board)

@@StephenMcLeod fascinated by how you prepare and then perform live. Have always been fascinated by Eclectic Method etc . Your vid has got me wondering about the possibilities hooking up with my SP and/or MPC, whether one man could do it all or a 2 man job !
@@thecalver You could definitely send MIDI notes or CCs out to things like the Critter & Guitari EYSY or ETC for that! I've done that before, though having two folks often helps for the live stuff :)

The coincidence is too much. Please go check out a great Canadian band playing in Scotland late October (Oct.20 in Glasgow) called Tupperware Remix Party (TWRP). The stage show is like GWAR meets Daft Punk.

Do you get dropouts from the Edirols tbc?
Not from this setup, as the output from the sources is stable - but I do get dropouts regularly with analogue glitch gear going into the Edirol. I use a separate TBC before the Edirol in those cases. Hope that helps!
@@StephenMcLeod hey thanka for the response :) yeah, I checked your longer rig rundown from a while ago where you mentioned that. I am using a Panasonic mixing board and was thinking on adding the edirol for extra efx and channels.
