Jets fan here . He only played 50% of snap last year and he’s rank top 3 in pressing the quarterback
So many times last season Philly would get an inch away from the QB and never be able to capitalize, but i think they'll finally get their sack numbers back up this season.
He is going to be super dangerous on the Eagles. He is super quick coming off the line the guy has tremendous potential.
One thing I like about this dude is he looks like he’s built to finish a sack and not let quarterbacks break away. Our defensive ends had so many sacks, but failed to finish the whole wrap up Huff look like he’s very capable of not letting quarterbacks out his grasp. I’m curious if he can stop the line he look like he’s built stop the run, but I wonder great pickup by the Eagles though bird gang for life
He has really good moves hopefully he can put Nolan on so he gets more technique

Maaann. I hate to say it, but I think Reddick is gone. We signed Huff to starter money, re signed Sweat, picked up Nolan Smith in the 1st, and got BG back for 1 more year.. It's hard to justify paying a 30 year old $25-$30M to a deal where he may very well regress at some point.. Maybe he'll stay this past year of his contract, but if you were to trade him and get any value out of it, the time would be now. Definitely a tough decision tho no doubt... Imo, we have the cap to keep him this one last year, see what we get out of Nolan, and then decide in the off season what we want to do

Bryce is an excellent player! Hopefully he gets lots of sacks against the Cowgirls and little Giants.
Unfortunately Jets could not pay him for the role he was used in; primarily passing downs where he had one of the top win rates in the league. I think Eagles will use him in the same role? I’d be curious to see how he does in a larger role especially during early downs and if he’s able to help stop the run.

Everyone keeps saying eagles got a good one, they lost a great one. Huff has 17 sacks in four years. Reddick had 16 in one year 2 years ago. Howie lost this one.
Reddick is an awesome player but he’s 29 and trying to make 25-30 mil a year. In his first 3 years he had 7.5 sacks and finally had double digits in his fourth year. Bryce Huff ALSO had 7.5 sacks in his first 3 years and finally had double digits in his fourth year.
Huff just got paid so he’ll play more snaps in Philly which will increase his numbers as well. I think the end result will be very positive for Philly.
