Go Tiffany!
Sigga or Anita please 😍
At this point rooting for Anita or Sigga!, both slayed 😍
my favourite song of this entire eurovision season (Ró) didn't even get to the final 😭 (and ended up having really underwhelming live vocals)
He didn't sound THAT bad!
Was my favourite too
Sigga must win
I believe in miracles
I like her song too! Very uplifting!
I believed in miracles yesterday when I watched the semi-final and I believed that he would not make it to the final. And since I took a ticket there, the miracle almost does not exist, unfortunately.
Sigga's song is easily remembered by the viewer, but what about him? Iceland will rather be disgusted by PR on someone else's misfortune.
Bashar and Sigga have the best songs & best performances by far! Good luck to both of them, either would be great choices ❤
Sigga or Væb ❤
Please win Sigga Ozk!!!
Go Anita or Sigga!!!
Anita 🌟, Hera 🌟 and Sigga 🌟
¡Good finalists level Iceland 🇮🇸!
Big hug from Spain 🇪🇸
Hera 🎉
Sigga
Anita
One of them should join the big girl BOP renaissance this year 🎉
I wanted Blankiflur to qualify so bad..
😭
I hadn't checked this NF before today and could not believe my eyes when she apparently wasn't in the final - the only song I even remotely liked
Sigga or Anita, please.
I want Sigga..
But I expect Bashar to win
SIGGA
Sigga and Bashar are the only ones that can take Iceland to the final, overall it's a pretty mid NF
When you know who will win, but you believe in Sigga's victory:
Vid forum Hera
The stagings are spectacular and very modern. Well done Iceland. My favorites are Bashar and Hera Björk
These comments complaining about Bashar Murad qualifying...
He has the only song with potential. All the others sound exactly the same. Him or VÆB must win next Saturday.
And no, he isn't winning Eurovision. Why should we focus on the singer's descent and not the song?
His song sucks.
@denissopko6792 The others suck harder.
@@denissopko6792only the gays love the other songs. His song will be more appealing for the general public
@@frankie9298 For general public where? In Gaza? 😂😂😂
Lol his song is so boring
We all know Bashar wins this no matter what, but eh, I'd personally opt for Sigga
Yeah his song is not good at all
I'm rooting for. . . Nobody, actually. At least, I won't be disappointed like I was with Finland.
Sigga or Hera☺️ from italy🇮🇹
San Marino recap?
Copyright
I liked Blankiflur, but she's out :( From the ones that made it I only care for Bashar, and it's not on top of my playlist either. Which is actually quite sad. The quality this year was not really there in Söngvakeppnin for me.
Play jaja ding dong
Ce qui est bien même si y a un favoris, c'est qu'à vu d'œil, les 5 pourraient gagner
Sadly, the winner has already been chosen 🙃
Sigga 🩵🩵
Are they going to translate into English for ESC ?
English versions of the songs sounds so forgettable 😅
Can noone hit the right notes????
Lol true
Vaeb must win, I completely fell in love with that song 😭
Sigga Ozk sang for the gays all around the world
Go Tiffany! 🎉
That's literally what I hear and what makes it icon!!!@@danielnight5057
This is esc everyone is singing for the gays
@@pirukiddingme1908This is something that will ruin the contest's future.
@@pirukiddingme1908not true
leaving politics completely aside, i think bashar has the best song in the line-up and i really hope that he will be chosen and that he will also decide to actually go to eurovision
Joke of the night! ❤️
Delusional if you genuinely believe that lol
Bashar or Vaeb. I wish people would stop complaining about Bashar, his song is good and stands out among all these pop girls that sound the same.
fr
Nothing stands out about that song.
Biomynd is the only song with some character. The others are more generic than generic. Of course, we all know who will win.......
Man, this nf has the biggest studio quality-live performance quality drop of all nfs (well, maybe except ESCZ), to the point, that I kinda starting to think Bashar is actually a best pick from these finalists. Anyway, rip Maiia, you deserved better
Sigga or Anita 👑
I don't see the point of choosing a Palestinian, as the bookmakers have already made it clear that he is not even in the top 5. It is better to choose Sigga or Anita, or, as an extreme option, Hera and not be ashamed and hyped in someone else's war.
Hey, i initially don't like Bashar's participation as well, but tbh he's the only one that stands out. The other sounds exactly the same. Anita's song felt empty, it needs something more but it isn't there. Sigga's song sounds like a typical handphone commercial song, it's not enticing, same with Hera. Væb at least has characters. My actual winner is blankiflur
Iceland is sure NQ if they choose other than Bashar and Væb. All songs in the NF are mid, but at least Bashar and Væb stands out, though both will still struggle to qualify. Remember, Iceland is in first semifinal.
@@chootanf Bashar will go to the grand final only because of the situation, not because of the song. The song is terribly boring.
All songs are god😊
Can none of them qualify? 🤞😁
Hera❤
Sigga should win, and even if that happens, Iceland will still have a tough hill to climb because none of these scream "qualifier"
Bashar has the best song out of them all. Any other contestant is sure NQ. Iceland is in tough spot bc people will point out "politics" aspect even if he applied his participation before October 🙄
Also, HE IS ISRAELI
@@TheManInBlueFlames No? He was born in and lives in East Jerusalem. Which is under international law not Israel.
Such a "super" performance that the elementary heart on his chest is borrowed from the band Tvorchi (Ukraine), which were in 2023))))
@@shroomyescSoooo how exactly he connected to Gaza?
@@haid0babecause he's Palestinian lol
Sigga or Hera ❤
For me it would be between Sigga or Hera 🇮🇸🇵🇱
Bashar ❤
If Bashare through it would be epic!
For me, it's a duell of Anita and Sigga.
Bashar's song is the only one that stands out, and that has nothing to do with politics.
Joke of the night! 😂😂😂
I draw the line on being delusional. “Nothing political my ass” him being in the NF in the first place was a political move.
Literally each element from his performance was a statement. The clothes, the colors, the dance. Youre not blind. Youre just pretending that you cant see, just like you pretend his song is Good.
@@uyulivefr i know right, for people who call themselves “woke” they’re ignorant at best. I call that wilful ignorance.
Sigga or Anita
I mea... Go Tiffany!
If Bashar win..I hope Iceland get at least 300 000 Arabs to their country..then can enjoy😂😂
Hera this time, or Sigga
⭐️Go Tiffany, oh Tiffany⭐️
this selection is so mid, Bashar is probably the only one here that stands a chance at qualifying in SF1, but even he would struggle
Siggas song is genuinely the only one in the finals I like, it could maybe qualify with good staging
Annita o Sigga son las ganadoras de esta edicion
Sadly, this is the most predictable National Final, and don't get me wrong: Great Line Up. Almost great finalists. But based on what is happening right now we all now who will win and not because of the song...
I suddenly started to like Bashar Murad's song, I legit have no idea, something clicked
to be honest most are not up to Icelands usual standards
Bashar Murad easily has the best song here please stop with the nicely worded racism
THIS
y'all need to calm down about politics. IMO Bashar is the only one that stands out from the other songs. Other than Bashar, they all sound the exact same. If you want my actual winner of this NF, it would've been Blankiflur, but well that didn't happen.
Go Tiffany and Anita
I hope is sigga or anita, i hope the Icelanders don't make the same mistake of the public of 2022 and vote for bashar just for support...
If israel is still a part of Eurovision and will not be disqualified then I support voting for Bashar just for support.
@@catarena9873 you are ridiculous
Considering that's likely to get them their best result I'm not sure it will be a mistake.
I doubt sigga or Anita would even qualify.
@@Muroviola. I don’t care.. the Palestinian flag should be raised in Eurovision and Palestinian artists should be part of Eurovision as long as Israel is still a part of the competition after their crime.
I don’t think such a music festival should exist when there’s thousands of people getting killed everyday just thousands of miles away.. and the country doing the crime is part of the competition.. like hello? Are we living in the same world???
@@han-oq6bo yes the best risult for politics thank you...
More people being biased against bashar at this point
Anita or Sigga.. but honestly i'm underwhelmed.
HERA BJORN
they literally eliminated my top 2, rooting for Anita now. Overall it's a nice selection
Bashar will be a POLITICAL CHOICE. Then NQ for Iceland, I'm sorry, because this is country with beautiful music.
SIGGA WINNER!!
HERA FOR THE WIN 🎉
From belgium; Hera has to sing in her own language. Better than english
I'm rooting for Hera
Keep in mind that some of them might switch to English in the final
Sigga & Bashar
My top 5 of Söngvakeppnin 2024 from watching the live performences on CZcams.
1. Bashar Murad
2. Sigga Ózk
3. Anita
4. Hera Björk
5. VÆB

Has to be Anita
Anitaa please Iceland, be smart❤
Or Sigga, or nothing.
HERA BJÖRK!!!
Væb ftw!!!!
Go Anita! ❤
I cannot believe people think Bashar will get a pass just because he is Palestinian when all I've seen from the fans is hate and xenophobia. If Icelandic people vote for him then that's their choice. IMO his song is the only interesting one and Iceland is a sure NQ with anyone else. Personally I love Bashar's song but I'm a country music fan so no surprise, but the other songs are such boring pop songs. Guess we will see with more English in the final.
I hope iceland vote for a song not for bulshit 😮💨political contoversety
in a normal reality Sigga would win this weak selection. Not to mention it received the wildcard because Hera a well known artists qualified but I can't remember her song and the palestinian because of his roots but ok. A robbery will happen in the end unfortunately... I'm afraid for ESC.
Bashar gang let's go! He's got the swagger in this eurodance trashfest!
well said!
What a weak selection and show
Everyone who is rooting for talented artists, forget it. Iceland is pushing it with this BАD song to show how well intended, goody-two-shoes and cute they are. Its over. He won already.
The funniest part is that he's wont even qualify cause all the people who'd actually care about him are constantly bragging about boycotting 😂
This aged well.
All the songs are not good
Bashar is Weak AF
Go Bashar !! You are an amazing artist !!
Beshar Murad, the best!
Iceland: "No! Ban Israel!"
Also Iceland: Wanting to send a participant who studied music in Israel and is holding an Israeli citizenship
No, he is not citizen of Israel.
He is. He was interviewed countless of times and confirmed this @@party4youdk
@@party4youdk Yes he is, hes being ungrateful now because its trendy.
@@party4youdkLol it's so funny to see people who got 0 idea about the conflict but still supporting 1 of the sides. Embarrassing.
Just FYI, Palestine is not a country (and never was), they don't have passports, they're considered as "refugees". However, Israel is providing them a place to work (inside Israel), so they getting Israeli passports, learning inside Israel, getting all the rights as any other citizen of Israel (insurances, medicine etc), they even have the right to vote.
Verstehen? I hope you could learn something new after it.
Everyone knows who is going to win and why.
Absolutely *hate* that Bashar's participation was already advertised by RÚV as some sort of political statement. It completely descredits all his work. Whether you like it or not, it's definitely the most distinctive song in a selection that, quite frankly, lacks a lot of identity. Eurofans need to be prepared for Bashar's win and, while the political situation might have some influence, I think he would've been a frontrunner either way. If not him, then who? Perhaps Sigga?
All of these will struggle to qualify, so Iceland can pick whatever ig.
Anyways, Blankiflúr robbed.
To be fair, it does seem like RÚV selected 9 songs as generic as possible to compete against Bashar to make sure he wins Söngvakeppnin. They already admitted the selection was rigged when they announced his participation 2 days prematurely. Given that, why did they not cancel the selection altogether and send Bashar directly to Malmö?
I wouldn't say RÚV actively went after generic songs rather, Iceland just doesn't have that many options, I reckon. This seems to be an accurate depiction of their music industry lol. But yeah, announcing Bashar's participation earlier then everybody else's was such a low move from them. Looks like RÚV has their favourites...
@miguelc6740 I remember previous editions of Söngvakeppnin being much more diverse than this year's. Maybe Iceland doesn't have a rich music industry or tradition, but they are able to send a good entry to Eurovision most years.
@@dimidrugg9592 For the past 2/3 years, Söngvakeppnin has been pretty dry & generic tbh. Idk, maybe "Doomsday Dancing" has been their most competitive effort ever since. Dađi Freyr's creativity is desperately needed.
Bashar is the only correct option
