Man came to Poland just a few days ago and already slav-squatting in front of an old Audi..
Seeing some negativ comments along the lines of "low energy"/"Bike store dude energy" surprised me. I like Darios style of presentation and his humour a lot. Don't let these comments get to you, keep it up :)
Dario is the only reason I’m still subscribed to the pinkbike onlyfans
i like him too, very laid back. Also there was pretty much zero background noise which added to the chill atmosphere. i think tiktok has melted peoples brains and now they need some coked up string puppet yelling just to keep their attention.
Yeah, Alvara and Genowefa are obviously huge fans of his work.
Dario is a national treasure. Love watching you on Pink Bike. Keep it up man!
Dario getting his leg lifts and squats in. 💪
Slav imposter - heels were not touching the ground...also, where hard bass?
Heels in sky, western spy.
I don’t mind Dario, he’s cool. But I do wonder what the guy in the Canyon tent with the beanie on his forehead sounds like.
The description of the E13 hub reminds me of the Tairin Silent Shogun. Has pawls, but they are retracted away from the drive ring as the wheel spins freely and come back out to engage in the drive ring when you pedal.
Sounds exactly like a roller clutch to me, right down to the squashy engagement. Shimano were already making them in the 1990s, and still use them in the Alfine 11 speed hub, where the squashiness in the hub engagement makes 2nd gear almost unusable for sustained climbing (It's an absolutely brilliant hub for the city/commuting use it was designed for though). Pedaling efficiency doesn't matter so much in DH bikes, and it won't kick back as sharply as a hub with decent pedaling feel on big suspension hits. I wonder if the low drag is because they've not bothered sealing the bearings, so it'll seize overnight after its first muddy spin, like the E13 products that came on one of my bikes.
I’d be interested to know if it was like a free coaster or Profile Racing Z-Coaster.
I ride that hub and love it, and while this e13 seems similar, the tairin doesn't have the spongy engagement; it locks in like any other pawl hub. I'm curious how this one works, seems like some kind of sprag system 🤔
Heels to ground, comrade found. heels to sky, western spy
Awesome reporting
2:26 obviously the E-
Thirteen hub was picked up from Co-op stores. Blue reusae bag in background
Nice video
Anyword on how frameworks are getting on with the scumbags who stole their van?
Isn't funny how owners look like their cars and or dogs? 🚗 🐶
"Small boutique manufacturer" don't you mean reverse engineering scam artists?
Ethirteen copying Shimano ya your right!
R&D is expensive. The brands that drive the development of the sport depend on making returns on that R&D investment. If as a community we don’t resist that kind of IP theft we may stand to lose the brands we love. The small ones run by passionate entrepreneurs who really want to make a contribution to the community would go first.
I think we need to take a tougher stance on this.
Al-u-min-ium
The energy was through the roof
Holy bots
It’s like their videos are now produced by npr
þorgeir
Real shame about the free advertisement for people that just copied someone else’s hard work to develop some widely regarded disk brakes and then being stoked about it.
U dont need to be genius to understand that future DH bikes will basically be very similar to rolling chassis of "dirt bikes/moto cross bikes".
HAST DU FREUNDE?????
Pinkbike curse: repeating ‘ummmm’ using exaggerated voice fry.
Mate stop that vocal fry…
He probably picked it up working as a barista :)
Had to switch it off. That vocal fry was excruciating.
I don't like the new Pinkbike crew!
hes like ur typical condescending bike shop staff
Other than Henry, the entire staff is completely unlikable.
This is what being a real person looks like and not putting up the “CZcamsr energy” your particular brain rot apparently needs
I like Dario 🤷
I love Dario. He's intelligent, a great rider, and a great journalist. Not sure what your issue is bro
I have heard "certain" cultures see imitation as the highest form of flattery...but man, get your own ideas for once. Do they have to copy EVERYTHING? From cars to guitars to fighter jets and now mtb brakes.
Unwatchable
Man.. such low energy, where is Ben?
This shouldn’t have gone live.
One of the worst uploads I’ve seen in a while 😔
Man, I miss the good ol' times. The old Pinkbike crew was so cool. A lot has changed but in the wrong direction. The new presenters like Christina, Henry, Dario,.... Hmhm,... I don't like 'em,... Especially this Henry dude!
Yeah, no offense towards those guys, but they all seem so damn smug about everything. Don't know how to better describe it. Like a shop employee who thinks they know sooooo much better than you and reaaaaally don't wanna go through this whole thing again. Smug and disinterested.
Also their presentation style if off putting, with the mechanics "casually" working in the back while presenters make wild speculations. Meanwhile Vital are actually asking the mechanics and riders about things and are able to give way more precise information.
@@bikesnblades6737 still butthurt after bumblegate? :D
I disagree fully. The team still does a great job.
Silent hubs are gross.
Maybe after a few years of seasoning dude will come around. Until then he’s a borderline hack. 👎🏾
Lol so much shit talking, if you don't like it you're always free to not watch it. Never understood the complaints in regards to FREE content to watch.
