Hello friends! In this video I present to you a truly amazing recipe that everyone should try! Ready-made puff pastry focaccia stuffed with potatoes, ham and cheese is ideal for an aperitif, lunch, dinner or snack. If you want to surprise your guests, this delight is perfect for you! Your family will love it too! I assure you that not a crumb will remain! This simple focaccia of filled puff pastry can be made by anyone! A few simple ingredients are enough. You can use leftover boiled potatoes from last day. I prepare this goodness very often and I never get tired! Try this recipe of puff pastry stuffed with potatoes, ham and cheese in the oven and you will love it! Bon appetit friends!

- 2 leaves of puff pastry
- 5-6 potatoes
- 150 g of smoked cheese or other cheese
- 100 g of cooked ham
- Chives
- 1 egg

UPDATE: I made your recipe with puff pastry and ...I added 6 strips of chopped cooked bacon to the potatoes n chives and it eas incredibly delicious.
