I think you do a really good job of feeling present, because you get sound design. Role-plays or other kinds of videos can still be really enjoyable with a stationary mic, but the dynamic sound adds so much.😊
I haven't stopped listening to egee for 3 weeks. Every video has been on loop. I live at peace with him. May I even say he's like a boyfriend. A silly little boyfriend.
Small channels usually sit in their own unique niche and attracts a small audience that wants that niche. Major channel growth directly correlates with becoming more popular with the masses, and in the process loses the niche.
I like to think my "niche" is here to stay and I don't think my style will ever be popular with the masses. I think I'm in a pretty good spot. I'd stay here for a while or forever.
i definitely agree with your observation of the relationship between music and asmr, some of the best tingles i’ve ever had were from asmr that followed the rhythm of instrumental music. something about mixing music and asmr together is sooo relaxing :)

15:00 the combining asmr with roleplays is why you're one of the best. You utilize the spatial audio unlike most other channels. Just asmr sounds on their own is boring. Just talking lacks depth. Both together? Mega tingles.
On your point about misplaced confidence. There are videos that I return to, and I find myself doing the same occasionally to other channels as well. But with you, as the handful of ASMRists that I regularly listen to, I find myself constantly looking for your newest video.
