The name of the song is actually Chililin, with an "n" at the end. I found out that there is a Bolivian band, Richarij, which included the song on a CD. We had some email correspondance with them. Yves learned it from an Italian dance leader, who learned it from a Dutch dance teacher and they all had the name wrong too. Folk process at work! :-)
