As 4K videos are very large in size, it takes longer time for CZcams servers to process 4K videos, video processing is entirely done on the servers of CZcams, there is nothing we can do to speed this up. I do the best I can to upload the videos on CZcams as soon as possible, it takes about 10 minutes to upload the 4K video of one game, but the CZcams servers may take hours to finish processing the 4K video. Please also note that you can view 4K videos on any screen but they will only be displayed in whatever your screen's maximum resolution is. So if you want to view a 4K video in 4K resolution, then your TV/PC/Phone needs to have a 4K display screen. If the video playback is choppy, it's likely because your internet speed is slow or inconsistent. In this case, you can try pausing the video until the entire stream is downloaded and then playing the video. Or you can lower the video quality or downscale video resolution by clicking the gear icon under the right side of the video player and selecting 1080p or 720p lower and see if it will play smoothly. If you watch the videos on your phone/TV, please use the CZcams app instead of the browsers on your phone/TV because you may not find any option for the 4K or 2160p resolution even if your phone/TV have a 4K display screen. For most phones, videos can only be played in 4K resolution when playing from the CZcams app. If you play the videos from the phone browser, they will not play in 4K. You can launch the CZcams app on your phone/TV, search "Premier Ball Hockey" on the CZcams search bar, click the Premier Ball Hockey League logo and you will see the videos of this channel.
