Depending on the scale of printing the amount of cards for whole UK, I would say if a jackpot card is printed there know the area but not it's exact location until it's claimed.
That is fraud and Camelot would be shut down immediately if it were the case. There are jackpots, but only a few per game, so your chances of finding one is slim to none.
I live in a small rural town.. My local spar have about 20 scratch cards to choose from my local tesco have maby 30 so I suppose my chances of winning the jackpot are very slim.. 🤷♀️
They'll definitely know how many jackpots are out there and where they are, I'd love to put them under investigation. Same with the lotto they'll have on computers how many tickets they've sold, what numbers appear on the tickets and they've probably got little magnets in the balls but we'll never know.

I think they may control when each jackpot is released, so they do not all go out in the first month! Not sure the printed card number (not the scratched win number) on the card is linked to the prize value - it is possible that there is no link, or maybe it is in a secret database....?

I wish I had a 100 pounds to invest, I did have until the domestic and financial abuse got out of hand, after 20 years I lost my job, all my savings and most of my possessions went, I am now on benefits, I have a fractured coccyx,real bad asthma, I am severely allergic to nuts, my budget for food every two weeks is £25.00, I live rurally so I have to go on the one bus a day in the morning to get the shop from Aldi 12 miles away, so I am not in the right time of day for yellow stickers reductions, the rest of the benefits go on debts and rent arrears until citizens advice sort my debts out , I have no heating or hot water on, I use to donate each month to foodbanks and NSPCC, but that’s obviously stopped , I can’t have another foodbank this month as I have had one last week and they are only for three days, and there is no Salvation Army around here to help, I am 4stone underweight from the abuse and stress, I have no family around, and my friends I’ve pushed all away through embarrassment plus they don’t have the means to help me, this Christmas will be very different, there won’t be any pate, or turkey or chocolate, just a plate of pasta or beans, anyone any ideas how to make this food or budget fattening for me, I am applying for work daily hoping that my coccyx heals quickly so I can start living again, anyone help with how I can make £25 stretch for two weeks, like I say I have no heating or hot water on and I don’t drink tea or coffee just water. In terms of having a nice win say £100+ the odds are pretty big . National Lottery keep going on about money going to good causes but I think overall they are just getting more greedy as the years go on. This being reflected in the amount of players playing now days. Do they know where the big winners are going, absolutely. You can tell when they are getting desperate they start putting story’s to the press about missing winners.

To your knowing where the jackpots are, the answer is no they don't. It's completely random but there is way to kinda find out where the jackpots are. You find out how many packs, then how many jackpots. Divide the number of packs by the number of jackpots. Then you can track on the nation lottery website where the winners are. Then if there's 1 or 2 left you can kinda guess ( to like the nearest 200,000) where the jacpit is going to come from.
