when in Cebu, you should check out the national symbol food of Cebu called www.google.com/maps/uv?hl=en&pb=!1s0x33a99938c5a4fc37%3A0xbeba822ec5449f67!2m22!2m2!1i80!2i80!3m1!2i20!16m16!1b1!2m2!1m1!1e1!2m2!1m1!1e3!2m2!1m1!1e5!2m2!1m1!1e4!2m2!1m1!1e6!3m1!7e115!4shttps%3A%2F%2Flh5.googleusercontent.com%2Fp%2FAF1QipPT4_DqTu69wwqOuQPvAIAVO13-yLglmtjKalfP%3Dw213-h160-k-no!5shouse%20of%20lechon%20cebu%20-%20Google%20Search&imagekey=!1e10!2sAF1QipOP5TQbcguatI06Y-TXKJdNOZcxXjyyiMQEFhqA&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwijuLKaoJ3bAhV_CjQIHR9PCLAQoioIxwEwDw
Hi all I really like what you 2 do and I would love to show you both the best "pie and mash" in east London and the Best fish and chips in north London if I am unable to show you in person I will send you links, do you put out your email or maybe i'm not looking hard enough,i'm trying to hide my comment today ,one last point I plan my daily menu around your films, thank you.
The Endless Adventure hello whats the name of Hotel you were staying near at Ayala Mall.
three of the side dishes were Pinkabet, Pancit (the one with noodles), and Sitaw (the one you thought had green beans)
I really enjoy using music on Epidemicsound
We've heard about these malls too. But we did not expect them to be like this. It's almost like a theme park! 😀- T
Delightful Travellers no more like a mini-city. They even have government offices, office building and condos attached to the mall. In theory, you can live without leaving the mall.
Right that's a better description. It does look like a city. We can't wait to eventually make it there. - Trevor
They really are amazing to experience! Just make sure to go hungry and wear very comfortable shoes 😂
It's more like an entire town... in Manila some malls also have condos attached to them, some malls also have government offices.
no, the theme park is in the other mall ^_*
I'm from Balletcenter cebu and we were actually the ones performing ballet in the video ☺️
cheronkishes no way! That's awesome!
Hi
Cebuano here
I love cebu man.
very cool
I hate going to the mall but the malls in the Philippines are awesome! I wish we had that here in the states...even the food court is better 😩
VisualAddict nah I don't care the size of the mall, I just care cheaper prices in USA lol. You know prices are more expensive here in Philippines and many of those are not really reasonable unless you are well off.
demon6937 lol idiot there is no such a expensive for Americans compared to ours
magi karp wow you are absolutely an IDIOT. you don't get the point, if you don't get the point just stfu
They're a pain if you don't enjoy long walks. 😂
first time i got here in USA i was actually expecting really big malls. but got disappointed really. i used to spend my day off in the mall hang out and chill. you know its hot in Philippines so its good to walk around the mall window shopping. since i love window shopping, first thing i check out is the mall in Michigan. but sad to say its disappointing and boring. Malls here in should keep up with their marketing. Even grocery shopping at SAvemore in Philippines is more fun. you'll just here some employees there just sing and dance out of nowhere. Its actually fun. Hope they still do it though. I never go to malls here in US now but what really hook me into here in USA are the thrift stores. and the seasonal clearances. Its amazingly cheap up to 90% off. nothing can beat that.
I would like to visit the Philippines. My neighbor is a retired Navy veteran and his wife is from the Philippines and they have a home there. Would love to visit. Not sure where but I will find out where it is located. I think her brother lives in the home. Thanks paolo.
Dennis Brown you should visit and i am sure you will love my country 👍🏽👌🏼
Dennis Brown, Philippines is open to foreign retirees. I heard there are lots of foreign retirees living in Cebu Area.
In the video its in cebu
yes visit our country you will love it here
Dennis, try to visit its nice
Wow...add some condos on top of the mall and people might never leave. LOL!
there is a condotel on the mall lol
@Craig...In the US and Western countries, yes, I agree that malls are boring and sterile. But not in the Philippines. The mammoth malls such as this Seaside City mall, have almost everything a family wants. There is a huge sky park at the 4th level deck divided into 4 sections with different themes for kids and 3 ampitheater and lush garden. It has 8 movie screens, an Olympic-size ice skating rink, a 36-lane bowling alley and game room, karaoke TV room, archery range, maze garden, several kids playrooms, go kart race track, etc.
Several big malls have condos beside them that are attached to the mall. This particular mall even has an office building in the centre.
Craig - malls have become a big part of the culture in the Philippines and the rest of Southeast Asia mainly because of the climate. For most of the year it's either too hot or too rainy to be outside comfortably for long periods of time, so that's why everything has moved indoors. In Manila, there are a few really nice malls that are mostly outdoors though, and they dont feel like traditional malls
SM would have been building the condo and office components two years ago on its 30-hectare property but the current mayor, Tommy Osmena, has an ongoing legal tussle with SM. He refused to issue permits to all businesses affiliated or directly owned by SM company. The 24-hectare lot that SM bought in joint venture with Ayala in SRP is currently the subject of legal battle filed by the mayor against SM and Ayala. The old SM City Cebu would have been expanded a year ago but was also put on hold as the city refused business permit. The construction of the Seaside Arena would have been started last year had Osmena not rescinded the purchase by SM of the lot next to its existing property.
It looks phenomenal there. Everything you could possibly want under one roof!!
You guys missed the sky garden in SM SEASIDE..
Marvin Espina youre RIGHT
I like it when there is more talk than scenery. and it is best because both of you talk.
These guys are very fun to watch.. they're pretty decent, too. Love the fact that you don't really hear a lot of complains from the both of them, they're open-minded and well-cultured.
Sheen Ray Valdez Pretty sure they just cut out the complaining parts...
prolly you're right, but I've watched a number of their videos and I could really tell these guys see the glass half full unlike other vloggers whose frustrations and pessimism really show on their faces and actions.
Thanks for the comment! Honestly we don't make a habit of complaining to the camera, so there's never much to cut out 👍
Saw a quick cut of a sign..."People are People". That is the most impressive thing of what you both do. This is demonstrated in all of your videos.
Missed it
it's a clothing store
Michael Hernandez Its a clothing store. 😆
They just passed by a store what are you talking about
What do you mean?
I even got lost in that mall I'm like runnin around in circles trying to find my family😂
what an experience 😂
I am very proud living in Cebu! Thank you for showing this to your subscribers. Much love❤
The malls in the Philippines are fantastic! That dish that seemed familiar to you was Pinakbet, the same dish you had in a previous video. And the noodle dish was a type of Pancit (there are a couple of different versions) not too sure about the others though, but they looked delicious!
That was Pancit Bam i. Egg noodles and Glass noodles in one.
timdella92 Thanks for the clarification! I was drawing a blank on the name! 😋
I guess the other veggie she referred to as spinach is adobong kangkong(water spinach)
Filipino malls are just awesome! Wish we had malls like these in Belgium! Addicted to your videos!
All of them look like this one?
Not all malls look the same or have the same facilities, like an ice rink :)
Come visit Philippines :)
Glad to have you adventuring with us, Jemelle!
Thank you for the compliment ma'am
Interesting video. Thanks for sharing. Why can't we get food like that in the States. I'm so sick of the crap food available here. No where are there food courts like that one you visited. I'm craving for some good food.
Come to the Philippines :)
Please free to visit it's more fun especially if you try the boodle fight😄
The good thing is that you'll see those kinds of food court in almost every mall in the Philippines.
lots of filipino food available in North America, just have to look.
Dennis Brown .
I love Filipino malls: EVERYTHING IS THERE. If it's not, you complain until someone provides/ franchises it and brings it to your favored mall. Hahahhaha
I like vloggers with positive energy, so I subbed.
More power to you both!
Great use of the drone to show the mall. Place is amazing seems a lot happening everywhere. Then theres the food. Wow
Thanks! Ya, we've never been in a mall where half the shops are actually restaurants! 😂 That's probably why we loved the Philippines so much...they love food there as much as we do ❤️
yall are so much fun. Loved this!
Very refreshing and fun! Great job editing.
you need to eat the pinakbet with rice, it cuts through the saltiness of the fish sauce
The lechon...you goto cebu...find lechon
There's so much more to Cebu than just the city! If you can, definitely come back and explore places like Moalboal, Bantayan, Samboan, Medellin, Camotes and sooo much more
Oh I loved the effect!! Picture of the building you're staying in from the outside and zoom in, suddenly you're in the room you're coming into! That was cool!
That's one of my favorite places. I totally enjoyed your shopping trip at the SM Seaside Mall. Can't wait to be there again!
You ate with no rice. We filipinos are different, we can't live without rice :)
Gwyn blade I'm filipino and I'm not the biggest fan of rice. I hardly eat it
Maybe you didn't grew up here in the philippines. Or maybe you have diet issues :)
Christy Manguerra then you're not a filipino, cuz' real filipinos eat rice lol
We like rice, but we're just not used to eating it everyday. We've definitely learned that it makes most Filipino dishes better though :)
Klevin 105 - That is the most ridiculous requirement of being a Filipino. 😐
"Shopping at the Clurrb " was likely the most adorable thing I've seen today... You two are amazing 😊
😂
You two are my new fave travel bloggers! You’re just so pleasant and nice to watch and listen to. Very friendly auras, 😍 love it!
You guys are so fun to watch😊 hope you're enjoying our city!
Filipino food is on the saltier side because we ate them with rice and rice will neutralize the saltiness.
hmmm Chinese, korean, vietnamese, japanese, malaysian, indonesian , thais, singaporeans, cambodians, myanmar, i think they eat rice too?
@@harvey6664 yeah but phil. Is the one who loves and ate rice a lot
Nice vlog on your visit to SM Seaside. But guys you bought all those dishes but where was the rice? hahaha.. :D
You guys are great and open-minded. Love you and great informational video. Keep it up.
Nice video. More adventure please. You guys made a good job.
The MALLs are crazy
I have been to ph twice for my fiance, 2nd trip in cebu ...same month as you... your video takes me back, the food courts the stairs, every mall in ph has a supermarket, we stayed in IT park, so the cab ride was crazy long, hut ph most def best malls
Great video of SM City Cebu. 👍😁😁 Thanks for sharing your experience there. 👍👍
Thank you so much for being very open minded to trying out the dishes! Ya’ll are so awesome honestly and just gained a new subscriber ‼️💯😂😍
That food looks so GOOD!!
I know 😰 they were makin me hungry
Oh yeah SM Seaside is so pristine. Just step outside and look (or dare to try to step on) the tile flooring around the building. It shows the amazing filipino craftsmanship at it's best. Or go to the roof garden and be amazed of those abandoned and unfinished glass pavillions which are deteriorating away.
Great videos!!! I'm a fan!!! Subscribed!!!!
Wow. I'm impressed with the clean, neat transitions of your videos and the many different styles of angles.. You made a part of the Philippines look extra special. :)
You've got to love Cebu!👌

YOOOO! im glad yall are having fun. I love going back home and just spending a day at the mall
Check out the roof garden next time to go to sm seaside
Compared to the malls ive been here in Manila SM Seaside Cebu's appearance looks futuristic to me especially the inside. i live in Metro Manila myself it dosent look like a typical SM Mall at all
Rob the Pizza Anywhere is better than Manila
Nice video thanks for sharing this with us
I am glad y'all are having a great time there. Happy travels!
All the food you've bought are considered viand here in the Philippines, even the side dish veges, and eating those need rice for it to balance the saltiness of the viand. Hehehehe! Nice video... hope you have more videos about our country. Try to visit Tacloban City, this coming 28-30 of June there will be a Sangyaw Fiesteval and Pintados Kasadyaan. It would be great if you make video blog here in our city.
I think sm cebu is the best mall next to the sm moa even i didnt visit sm cebu even once

Thanks for visiting the Philippines! Subscribed to your amazing channel already
I moved in Cebu last 2016 from Manila, definitely one of the best choice I made so far lol, I live just 4kms from SM Sea side, I love the cat cafe in the sky garden. One of my favourite mall was SM Aura but SM sea side is better though since you can see the sea and mountains.
Going to SM MOA (Mall of Asia)
Friend: Lets go shopping meet me at the entrance
Me:Ok!
Me: Got lost for 30min finding him in one of the hundreds of entrances
😂😂😂
Thank you for visiting Cebu!❤️

I go here almost every week since my brother works there. Great to know some people loves SM Seaside and I am from Cebu. Enjoy your trip!
With this quarantine going on. I really miss going to the mall. The aircon, the happenings, the food... Etc.maybe someday.
filipino foods are perfect paired with rice because almost of our dishes are salty
The mystery noodles are called pansit, the other dishes I do not recognize.
Awesome videography 😍😍😍 I watched this because I really miss going to seaside. Still stuck in quarantine tho :(
There's a sky park there and garden on the rooftop nice view next time visit that area :)
you guys definitely knows how to pick the right Filipino food! lol
That's probably water spinach or kangkong rather than the normal spinach you're used to back in the States.
First time to watched your vlog and I like watching the two of you.. So, I subscribed 👌😉

when they're eating i was looking for rice xD

The green veggie dish is called adobong kangkong
Try megamall and mall of asia
thanks for visiting my Place, Cebu, and touring our Malls. nice VId!
Massive indeed! Weather outside's fabulous too!
I’ve went to cebu when I was 2, but I don’t remember this and dat is cool
Unless you are like 5 years old, that's because it was only built in 2015, as they said ;)
Looks like an awesome mall!
Badmington Sunset It was opened 3 years ago. 😆
Badmington Sunset I've gone to Ce bu, not "I've went to Cebu".
From Cebu here. The mall is actually only awesome on the weekends or holidays. If you go there on the weekdays it’s actually pretty much deserted. It’s actually losing money and many stores have already closed because of lack of business. That’s why there are so many events going on during weekends to attract people.
Jamesdin Yap accessibility is also hard commoners have to use bus or taxi just to go that mall. I mean the mall is not accessible via jeepney well commoners like to save money. Pretty risky to walk outside the in a couple meters as there is a slum ahead, I've encountered 3 guys waiting in bridge area like scouting if you have jewelry or expensive accessories.
The reason why malls have become commonplace in the PH is because of the humid weather. Without malls, it is so hot to move from one stand alone store to another and we end up drenched in sweat. Malls are air conditioned and thus we can go around in cool comfort. Little by little all other services were set up in malls - mails, delivery, in some even renewal of driver's licenses.
I appreciate this kind of comment. Honest, sincere and educational.
i love that you guys explore more of the Philippines good job!
love your open mind approach to your adventure...enjoyed the vid ;)
Awesome, so glad to hear it 👍
Filipino food has either fish sauce, oyster sauce, or shrimp paste--or all three!
Don't forget the soy sauce and vinegar.lol
Susan Eway and sugar
Its simple kangkong😂 pancit😂 pinakbet😂 and shapsuey (the foods)
This video is so fun. When i started watch this i can stop smiling until the end of this video.
