It’s only modern Hollywood where everyone gets saved. It’s often why heroes end up alone, they can’t afford to have attachments they will be forced to sacrifice.
You could maybe argue for them sacrificing themselves to save you and others. However more often a villain will make a hero choose between saving someone they care about and saving others

Something I also only recently noticed Anakin after being titled Darth Vader didn’t have the sith eyes immediately. He only got the sith eyes, ie. Completely falling to the dark side, only after he was defeated by Kenobi and left for dead. That just makes it all the more tragic…
He definitely had them before that like when he slaughtered the kids. Or the separatists leaders. Are you sure you were paying attention to the eyes? He had them clear as day with close up shots on them every time he did something evil and dark. If anything he didn't have them until mace windu was sent out the windu. But that was much earlier than you mentioned.
Sith eyes are developed through extreme negative emotion, its not exclusive to just the dark side a jedi can experience the eyes if they succumb to their emotions with without necessarily falling
@@mrdevindean1he got it once he massacred the separatist leaders he didn’t get any when he slaughtered the younglings I think it was because when he killed the separatists he truly embraced the hate while he didn’t want to actually kill the younglings

This is why I don't understand why the prequels got hate. It was a great story arc. Introduce Anakin, make us care about him, see his rise as a jedi and then his fall to the dark side. Vader now has more depth than before. He's a tragic character instead of just a bad guy.
I used think anakin was whiny af, but I mean he lost his mom, his wife, his trust of the jedi’s, most people would probably unalive themselves at that point
Lost his mum (the Jedi refused to save her), lost Ahsoka who was like a sister to him, the Jedi never trusted him, Obi-Wan always found flaws in him, his father figure was manipulating him the whole time, the Jedi told him to just deal with it if his wife dies, his wife dies, loses his Obi-Wan who was like his brother. He had a pretty shit life
George Lucas underrated story creator, people give him shit but miss the genius story telling and writing he can do, Anakin/Vader is the best written character
When I was 8 I thinked that Anakin is just bad because he want to be bad. Now I understand that he was a young man with a depression after he lost everything
Remember the Jedi betrayed and abandoned Ahsoka very badly. So he was sacred it would happen to him because it easily could. He also dreamt of Padme dieing horribly from 19 to 23 so 4 years. And before that he had PTSD from dreaming of his mothers death.
Not every hero is good Not every villain is bad Some time both of them are the victim of society and world But in this play their roles are already decided Even once a villain innocent heart in childhood thought to become hero but he just drown deep in darkness and become what he never thought

It’s depressing knowing we grew up with heroes defeating villains not knowing why the hatred and anger caused them to become villains in the first place. Like that quote “A man becomes really dangerous when he hits rock bottom, has nothing left to lose, and stops caring what others think of him.”
Bro grew up a slave surrounded by nothing but sand, the heat and hard work with only his mom who was a slave too and had to go through the same struggles. Then he gets taken by the Jedi and his mom tells him to go and follow his destiny, giving him the courage and love he needed. Then he receives mostly doubts and complaints throughout his time as a padawan and already lost the man who was supposed to take him before anything could start. He gets trolled by other padawans and insulted, even calling Anakin "just a slave" and he always gets checked whenever he gets mad about stuff like that. He grows up and learns his talents, masters every test but still gets held back and doesn't become a Jedi knight until later on whem the war started. He always gets pressured because of his emotions and falls in love with a girl but can't express it and struggles with his feelings of loneliness, the pressure, always getting held back because he's too emotional even though he's always trying his best and now the struggle with love for a crush he has. Then having the nightmares of his mom dying but he can't do much about it and decides to go anyway and check what happened. He finds his mom been tortured by savage sand people while beingt tied up in a tent and then she dies in his arms mid sentence when she wanted to tell him that she loves him but couldn't. He snaps and slaughters the whole village and carries her body back home and buries her. He now lost the only family he had and felt like it's all because the Jedi were holding him back and even his own master not trusting him enough even though he's supposed to be the chosen one and has to carry that weight on his shoulders by himself and can't really freely do what he wants and gets stressed about his emotions. He gets so traumatized by his mom's death that he promises himself to learn how to stop people from dying and that he'll never allow his loved ones to die again like that. He finds luck in all the sad darkness by getting a chance with his crush. He goes from being a teen to become a young adult throughout the years of war. He gets his own padawan and starts caring for her like a little sister and has a secret relationship going with his crush throughout the war. He has to endure the foolishness of the Jedi council from time to time and started to get upset about their lack of decisiveness and foolishness and felt like taking matters into his own hands to deal with the problems to save Ahsoka's life or others or Padme's and has to go through such a messed up thing like witnessing the fake death of Obi-Wan where he really almost lost it and desperately tried to find the ones responsible only to learn in the end that it was faked by the council and Obi-Wan himself, further making Anakin believe that the council treats him unfairly and unnecessarily doubts and even deceives him to unjustifiable lenghts. He also had to watch the Jedi abandon Ahsoka and even kick her out and he and Rex were the only ones close go her who believed her and tried to prove her innocence and Anakin succeeded, but had to see Ahsoka leave anyway because of how the Jedi broke her which very likely fueled his dislike for them even more. After many years of constant doubting, mocking, holding down, the war, the losses on the way and the many times where his trust in the Jedi were challenged and damaged and enduring their incompetence, he then was disrespected yet again by allowing him to be a Jedi council member but denying him the rank of Jedi master which never happened and not only disrespected him but also disgraced him in his title of being the chosen one and then gets put into his seat like a child for justifiably getting upset about it. Then he had to endure the same stress with the nightmares that he had about his mom's dead but now with his wife on the line, his pregnant wife and the only family he has after he lost his mom who was his only family then. Now he had a new one and it looks like he's gonna lose it again and so tried to get support from the Jedi, but instead has to hear the same thing about letting go, but it was way too late for that. Then the man he always could talk to and who was one of the only ones since his days as a youngling that was always supportive of him and pushed him turned out to be an enemy but offers him the solution to his problem with Padmes death. Anakin started struggling with that but did the right thing anyways and reported him but got denied to join the team to arrest Palpatine. After everything that happened and now with his family being at the risk of dying again, he strated feeling the pressure and had to go and make sure that Palpatine who'd seem to be the only one who could help him to get captured. Then he finds him on the ground with a lightsaber pointed at him and gets to hear from Mace that he must die. All the disrespect, the doubting, the holding down, the disgracing he had to endure, the foolishness and incompetence of the Jedi and now again his will doesn't matter and he repeatedly tried to prevent it with words but by getting further ignored, his hand was forced in desperation, in frustration and Mace got his hand cut off right when he was striking Palpatine with the lightsaber. He was overwhelmed with all that was suddenly happening and nobody wanted to listen to him and so he had to take it into his own hands again but with regret, at least for the moment. The darkness started filling his heart and the moment started to transform him but he had his wife and child in the focus. He already was done with the Jedi and so with the darkness beginning to consume him, he felt the courage and focus he'd need in that moment to finish the job now, but the darkness also started to cloud him. He annihilated the entire Jedi temple and went to Mustafar to get rid of the Separatists who also irritated it him a lot in the last few years up to that point. His fear of loss, his anger from the frustration, his irrationality from his desperation has overwhelmed him and he had a moment of silence in Mustafar where he was crying in anger, probably because of what he'd done and how it came to it and the darkness filling him being the only thing that would comfort him in that moment. He had to fight his former master and best friend after going completely irrational and mad when thinking Padme who was the one he did all that bringing Obi-Wan with her to kill him. Then with all that frustration, that anger that started evolving to straight up rage, he started fighting Obi-Wan and in a moment of arrogance, he made a fatal mistake and got his limbs cut off by Obi-Wans counterattack. He was in full rage mode and pure hatred began to take over. He ended up in a suit that would hurt him constantly and learning that his pregnant wife has died because of his rage. He fought for everything he loved and held dear and ended up with nothing but all he despises and his hatred for himself. But again, the darkness within and around him would be the only thing comforting him and so he gave himself to that darkness for it was nothing else he had left and no other choice that he really had.

To those saying anakin destroyed his life in a way he did. His destiny was to become the balance in the force, how could anyone know what that would mean or how it would play out. He was a slave, chose to be taken away from his mother to become the chosen one as the prophecy foretold. He then lost the one who believed in him. Then he got visions of his mother but by the time he got to her, she had been tortured and was at deaths door. He then married Padme which was banned by the Jedi. He fought in multiple battles where loads of clones had fallen especially those who served with him. He then got nightmares about his wife dying in child birth and the one person he would go to turned out to be evil and manipulating him. He was then convinced to turn against the Jedi who didn’t have faith in him where he fought and lost obi wan as well as becoming a robot because of it. While he did help destroy his life, the force never intended for him to live a good life and most people would have fallen long before if they were in his shoes.
Idk man Luke lost a whole lot too. He saw his only family burned alive. His best friend and sister tortured, his father was a demon. He saw Obi Wan die, tons of Jedi he trained died, Rebels died, practically his whole squadron. I think even Kyle Katarn went evil for a while. Not to mention he kissed his sister…. Trauma on trauma
Doesn’t help in revenge of the sith Palp even told Anakin that Obi wan was with his wife. And with how Palp has been manipulating him since he was a boy it was easy for Anakin to halfheartedly believe him. And then fully believe him when that thing happened with Padme. Like Anakin was literally a puppet in Palps hands from start to finish. So anyone who blames anakin and think he doesn’t deserve anything or is truly evil… well I will just say you don’t got a lot of empathy or understanding of others. Or how events lead to other events. Like Yoda said suffering leads to more suffering. Exactly the case for Anakin, only person he confided in was using him and the person who would listen, never listened in the correct moments. Even dismissing things like the thing with Anakins mother. Truly sad tale.
@@sphere117gaming Exactly. Sad tale but classic tale since we are the products of our environment. And when we see Anakin's life, he's only the product of the failure/corruption of others. Even the jedi didn't want to end slavery. When all your life you're betrayed, you break and sink.

Not really a hero will sacrifice themselves to save the world and the villains including you.
@@justingary5322no he’s right, look at the heroes in many big stories they often have to choose between saving those they love and doing the greater good.

Something I also only recently noticed
Anakin after being titled Darth Vader didn’t have the sith eyes immediately.

She is also the best starship captain, no one can’t compete at her level and match her natural talent and skills and also her full potential.
Why do people underrates Rey Skywalker for no good reason, although she is the greatest character and part of the masterpiece of the sequel trilogy? I don’t know, but most of the die hard fans or real Star Wars fans in the Star Wars community would say Rey Skywalker is the greatest character in Star Wars and all of fiction.
Rey Skywalker is in fact the greatest Skywalker and Palpatine, but also the greatest and also the most powerful Star Wars character, in general and also in terms of writing. Rey is also considered to be one of the most powerful character in fiction, some experts say she is levels above the One Above All. Her character’s writing and arc are considered to be one of the greatest outside of Star Wars, but also in cinema or all of stories.
She is considered to be one of the greatest and most iconic characters in cinema, even more iconic than Darth Vader by infinite times which makes Rey Skywalker the most iconic Star Wars character and Disney princess.
Although according to experts that she’s the most powerful character and not only in Star Wars, but in fiction, her insane struggles and greatest upbringing or backstory to the most tragic character that would make any famous and well-known Ancient Greek story-tellers cry and admit their greatest tragic stories, or story as a whole in general are nothing compared to the story of Rey Skywalker (more difficult than the rest of Star Wars characters and rest of characters in all of fiction) makes her the most relatable character and hardships to become a Jedi is insanely difficult and especially trying to resist the dark side.
Rey Skywalker’s potential is greater than Anakin’s power and full potential. She is not only the greatest leader and candidate for woman empowerment, she is the only embodiment for it.
Instead of fighting who is the best and greatest character in Star Wars. Or also the greatest trilogy in Star Wars. Let’s all admit and say the real truth and reality, Rey Skywalker is in fact the greatest masterpiece of a character in Star Wars and the sequel trilogy has the greatest movies in Star Wars.
Also, the sequel trilogy in Star Wars are the greatest trilogy in all of cinema, and considered to be greater than the Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy and the Lord of the Rings trilogy. Even the experts and the best or legendary directors such as George Lucas, Peter Jackson, James Cameron, Martin Scorsese, Francis Ford Coppola and etc considers the all the three movies of the sequel trilogy in Star Wars are the greatest movies in history.
Please no more fighting and bashing other characters, especially Rey Skywalker to say your favorite character is the best, especially Darth Vader or Anakin Skywalker whom Rey Skywalker the real GOAT is infinite times better as a character in writing and relatable, and also more powerful.
It’s depressing knowing we grew up with heroes defeating villains not knowing why the hatred and anger caused them to become villains in the first place.
Like that quote “A man becomes really dangerous when he hits rock bottom, has nothing left to lose, and stops caring what others think of him.”
This edit is As majestic as the editor❤️🔥

"W-what.... what could you hate enough to destroy me?"
"Myself."
And yet Yoda did not want to make him a apprentice, too old, and too tooched allready by fear, sure what you Say is true

"I fear a man who has nothing to lose"
One of the best written characters in history
People that become villains are people that lost everything…
As being a big fan of Star Wars, I almost cried to this edit
“The scariest man, the most dangerous one is one with nothing to lose…”
But the man who's willing to die for what he has left. Is the one to beat him.
There is no Plot armor, no main character, nothing, it's a story that we follow along like History.
I gotta say I appreciate edits that work with the rhythm of the music instead of just having the music slapped on top of visual effects. Very nice 👍
Once u Lost Everything and Courage, u change as the Evil version of our past.
This is a god tier edit btw 😢 the kind that makes a grown man cry 😢
The story of Anakin Skywalker although a simple one is one of my absolute favourite tales of fiction.
Truly a heartbreaking story
This edit is so beautiful I cry every time I see it
All he ever wanted was to save Padmay🥺😢
It's only after we've lost everything that we're free to do anything.
Well everybody but his children, that pulled him back to the light.
