So so awesome!! The memories with your dad are so special, and I’m glad you at least got to do the first build with him! I get that doing it all alone would be so empowering, but also you should listen to your heart, and I don’t think you need to justify to anyone that you built it with or without some extra hands. It’s still your build! I totally believe you CAN do it, and I know you know you can, so I would say choose the experience that makes you happiest in the moment:) Excited to keep watching the progress!

What matters is that you have the skills. Seeking validation from others (beyond one or two close friends or family) is a weakness we all share at varying levels, but being confident in yourself doesn't require validation and you'll come across as a better person just not caring what others think, especially random strangers and keyboard warriers. Easier said than done. Nice to hear your father teaching you life skills, what a great gift!
Totally agree! It really shouldn’t matter what other people think of me but it can be hard to ignore it sometimes. But it’s a good practice to try to be confident & unbothered despite negatively, especially negativity online. Thank you for sharing your words of wisdom! 😊
Congratulations on the new van build. I used to be on the safety team where I worked, I know your hair is short, but when working around power tools you and your girlfriend need to wear a cap or something so your hair does not get caught. I just don't want to see you girls get hurt.
