- While asking people to sing at Comic Con NYC 2022, I met Felicia Renae, disguised as Gamora. Felicia saw my sign that says "Sing With Me for Free," so she waited patiently for her chance to sing. Once I gave her the microphone, I asked if she wanted her daughter (Spiderman) to sit somewhere as Felicia sings. Felicia declines, and then proceeds to deliver a powerful singing performance.

As a musician, I'm all about creating musical experiences that have people feeling happy and free, and that's why the "Sing With Me for Free" series exists. Since 2018, I have asked thousands of random people to sing with me on camera. A lot of people have said no, some have said no initially but changed their minds to yes, and some have said yes right away. I ask these people to sing with one purpose: to create a way for them to experience a sense of happiness and freedom they did not feel before. And much of the time, this actually works (and that makes ME happy).

What an absolute powerhouse... kid on her arm, just there and then... no prep, no nothing. Kid's hungry n' all. The fact that kid just went completely calm as she started singing, shows a great deal. What a lovely lovely performance.
I was thinking that too, the fact that child just rests her head on the mom's shoulder just says, that she loves listening to her mom singing so amazingly. Then I think what my sons were subjected to when they were growing up, I love to sing, and sang to them all the time as babies and toddlers but I can't hold a tune for a second, but still I think my kids quite enjoyed their tone deaf mom singing non stop to them.😄 She is just wonderful!!!and her daughter is adorable!!

Her love of family and singing is so evident that through her voice it becomes infectious. It made me feel the warmth that a mother may have for a child, seeing her son quietly listening as he comfortably rests close to her heart. It made me feel the passion of enjoying to sing as I listened to the magic of her voice.
As a father it made me miss my daughters that are hundreds of miles away right now. After this post I’m getting on the phone to call them.
