    The Mitsubishi Triton is one of the most underrated utes on the market... But, with the right gear you can really take them to the next level! Just like this Triton that takes our photographer all over Australia and on all our photography shoots.

    The irony of when the Triton is the third best selling dual cab in the country, not all that far behind the ranger and hilux it really doesn't get the attention it deserves.

      Both my brother and cousin bought Ttiton utes new 1.5 years ago. They have both had problems. They have both been back to dealer multiple times to get fixed and when off road the tow bar hits all the time because of that huge overhang.

      @@simonbates9779 funny I personally know two rangers who caught fire, bt50s with endless transmission problems and new hiluxes with enough electrical gremlins. A mates 2022 dmax has also already had warranty repairs. The only new triton I’ve seen personally with issues was a result of aftermarket accessory pack installed at the dealership that had faults

      @@simonbates9779 I have a 2019 Triton, my 2 brothers do and my best mate, we take them everywhere, never had a problem, best value by a long way, got my mid range model for $37,000 with a tow pack when Covid hit, while I have other mates buying Hilux's and Rangers for $65,000 plus that can't really do much more, maybe offer that 1%. One of the fellas 2020 Ranger, non stop problems, every manufacturer produces the odd lemon.

    Deno and I must have been thinking the same thing in 2020. I walked into mitsubishi Perth just as they got their new stock in and got my brand new Triton 6 speed MR GSL for 35k aswell. These days you couldn't find one for less than 40,000km for less than 40k. Crazy time. I'm so glad with Mitsubishi.

    • @worthy_escapes
      @worthy_escapes Před 2 lety

      It's a factory tonneau cover, and it would have been modified by a motor trimmer. Most reputable trimmers can do this for around $100. I had similar done on my MQ.

    This is the GLX - The entry model in the dual cab pickup lineup. Current drive away price is $45680 with the same graphite paint. Comes with NO rear diff lock and NO Super Select II 4WD.
    For 35k Dino got himself a bargain! Great touring ute but not the best off-road option without the rear diff lock.
