You should watch Emily D. Baker’s live streams of the trial. She is a lawyer who is able to explain the legal side of things for the viewers while watching the live stream. Plus she is hilarious and non toxic. Just fyi no Amber’s behavior is not normal. Being unwilling to admit any wrongs make her seem disingenuous.
*To answer your question : The counter suit of Amber’s is going at the same time as Johnny’s case. The same Jury will deliberate on both cases at the same time.

I think Bobbi was really just having a fun moment. To be honest though, bigger influencers keep giving Meredith a pass. I don’t have an issue with Meredith and I think she’s gorgeous and she’s definitely found her niche. However…in her second video, she had a bad attitude. You can tell she feels very entitled. That’s what happens when you give a white, thin, pretty girl.. 15 million followers for doing the literal bare minimum.
Also she’s blending it out with a wet sponge when it’s an extremely oil based foundation. I’m honestly sick of influencers sticking up for her because Meredith clearly had an attitude and as someone who is an influencer and reviews things, she should know that water and oil doesn’t mix. Actually, 3rd graders should know that lol.
If ur not willing to call out everyone by race, don’t call out anyone by race.

Yes !!! Knowing good and well that they in fact have the ability to demolish any chance a product has ….. good thing the foundation wasn’t for her age bracket. I read that it’s meant for mature dry skin. Sonia Roselli tried it out and I think it’s really beautiful.

It’s been a sad couple of days in Texas due to the horrific shooting at an Elementary School in Uvalde. Its 3 hours away from my hometown and it’s been devastating hearing all the information. I’m a mommy of three and just hearing what happened to the kids that lost their lives breaks my heart. I just can’t fathom the thought of being in the shoes of those parents going through such a horrible time in their life. I’ve been listening to the news non stop about it and It’s been really getting me upset, so listening to y’all’s podcast instead of the news today helped lighten up the mood for me a bit. I look forward to every Friday just for this podcast ❤️
I hear you!! I live in south Texas and the news is absolutely devastating. A lot of the school districts here have ended school early bc there's been higher shooting threats. It breaks my heart. School is supposed to be a safe space for kids to learn. I can't believe we live in a time where we have to worry abt shootings at schools. I worry for my daughter. I hope we can do better so this never happens again.
@@Nicole88. I live in south texas as well. I’ve lived here all my life, and we never had to worry about these kinds of things. I mean I know there have been shootings before but not to the point where we are at now. It’s normal for these kids to do these drills. I’ve worked as a substitute and as a paraprofessional and the first time I had to do a drill with the kids I was like what is this.. the kids were like “oh we have to lock the door, cover the windows, turn off the lights, and go to the back of the room until we are told it’s over.” I was upset about not being told what to do when these drills came up because what if it would’ve been the real thing, then I wouldn’t have been prepared but I was also relieved that the kids knew exactly what to do. It’s sad that they were just so nonchalant about it but I’m glad they knew what to do. I worry for my kids and every kid in this world.. school shootings should not be something they should worry about. It’s sad how this world is going to shit

because of the casey Anthony case and her getting off because the jury finding her not guilty people are very worried for Johnny. The whole world knew Casey killed her daughter but the jury had one juror who couldn't see what we all did.
The countersuit is happening at the same time as the defamation suit, so they're both being decided by the jury right now! The jurors not only get to decide who wins both the defamation and countersuit, but they also get to decide how much money the winner of each suit is entitled to. Or, they can pick no winner and no monetary award for both suits, too.

In civil cases you also subpoena witnesses and they have to show up. If you ever receive a subpoena, that is the court saying you have to come to the hearing. Normally a person knows they are being subpoena’d, so Johnnys attorney probably let her know prior to doing it.

The internet definitely has a way of blowing things up. But for Bobby to say I learned a new technique and it’s a no for me was harmless also. I think she was jumping on an opportunity and it hurt no one. The girl definitely benefited from it too bc I for sure never saw her before. although I am immediately grossed out with the thought of all that makeup on my face so I don’t get the hype. But she has a large platform so I thinks she’s fair game. People just need to chill, comments are there to give an opinion not be hateful and mean. They are way to comfortable online.

I’m going to say this as someone who was in an emotionally abusive and verbally abusive relationship- also physical in the sense that he would destroy my personal property- I have gotten a restraining order on him so he wouldn’t be able to come and cause further damage but as time passed- I too had been in contact with him and wanted affection from him.. it’s a toxic sick cycle and it’s really hard to break… just because you have a hard time letting go- doesn’t mean he isn’t abusive. Just because you aren’t afraid 24/7- doesn’t mean he’s not abusive. I was afraid when he was drunk- but when he was sober- I wasn’t and I wanted him. Just because you don’t understand it- doesn’t invalidate what she or they both went through.
That has never happened to me in American. But it has happened to me with Delta. I got delayed two days because of that! I always flight American and never had a problem. Which is so weird
