Charlottesville, Virginia (not where we planned to be!)

- Cruising along in the Virginia countryside, and then ... a loud grinding, crunching sound. Well, that can't be good. Towed to Charlottesville, and some time with the transmission specialists and KITT now has a rebuilt transmission - in just three days! While he was occupied we got out and about with a rental car and biked a rail trail to the originally named High Bridge in Farmville and ventured into an old railway tunnel at Blue Ridge, as well as a wander around downtown Charlottesville.
Sorry that happened to KITT but glad that it was fix pretty fast and able to get back on the road. Danny just picked his KITT up from the transmission shop a couple days ago.
@@JulieDeOutdoors yes we were super happy it was so fast! Is Danny bringing his to Southern Knights?
@@GNK.Adventures Yep we will be towing it behind our motorhome. We will be staying in it probably bringing our dog also.
