I feel like the best few minutes of the entire show was when the girls team thought they could play the guys team. Hopefully this series is more of that. I have never laughed harder at a TV show than that game montage

From what I've seen. Shoresy is putting together everything they've learned from Letterkenny into one nice package, as well as experimenting with new camera techniques. It also felt that from the beginning, Shoresy had plenty of ways to grow as a character. It was a good idea to put him in his own spin off without changing anything on Letterkenny's side.
Just binge watched the first season, and about to watch again. I absolutely love Canadian humour, especially when it involves hockey, this show is incredible, quality over quantity. Love from Australia

Was (am) a big Letterkenny fan, but this is miles and miles better, in my opinion. Plenty of humor here, but it is well done and not silly like what a lot of Letterkenny turned into. I have watched both seasons several times, and will likely watch them several more.
The other guy commentator giving the smiling head nod at shitting between periods was hilarious 🤣🤣

I binge-watched the season, and found myself liking it more than Letterkenny -- because Shorsey actually has a tangible story arc.
I found myself rewatching after binge watching.
It's as funny as letterkenny with more fights and less cringe. (No skids)

I’ll just say this. Letterkenny never made me cry. The end of this first season had all of the feels. It’s weird how this show makes me think of all the things I like about Aaron Sorkin. The style is totally different but there are elements in the story telling and the way music is used to crank up the emotion. However this show doesn’t have to lean heavily on Radiohead to achieve the effect.
As a fan of both, Radiohead in Shoresy would be such a bizarre combination. I almost want to see it.

Hey Keeso and crew! Don't know if ya'll will see this or not, but I recently came back from a rough time spent out in LA (moved back to MA) and although moving back home was tough, I bonded hard with my dad over Letterkenny, and Shoresy especially! Watched through Shoresy three times now and I still cry at the ending episode every time! One of the most fun, uplifting, hilarious shows I've ever seen! I can't remember the last time I laughed so hard at a show! Pleeeease do more Shoresy! That green light at the end of the season made me raise my beer high and proud. You guys are geniuses! Thank you for everything you do!

After watching the first two episodes...this show might have more actual heart to it than Letterkenny has.

It feels like season 1 of Letterkenny, like less static camera angles, more developed characters (kinda) better cinematography, etc. this feels like a retooled Letterkenny, like what they wanted to do with the show.
My only complaints are the long panning and trolley shots are a bit overdone and too long. There's probably 3-4 minutes in each episode of just panning shots and blank stares.

I really love how they put Shoresy together. From what I seen, everyone originally thought he was just an funny asshole with a sharp tongue. Though as you continue through Letterkenny, and later through Shoresy, that he's not just a 1 Dimensional character, he lives, breathes, and sleeps Hockey who will stand up for his team regardless of what happens to himself. it's difficult being able to write such a passionate character without it getting too obvious or feeling like it's just getting pushed into your face..
We need Shoresy Jerseys asap.
I'm stuck at home with covid, but binge watching Shoresy (twice😅) has kept my spirits up. Hope there'll be a second season for Shoresy. Keep up the good work, guys! Kind regards from the Netherlands! :)

I saw someone do this to the person behind the counter at a subway probably 20 years ago. It was a lady and her kids, they had already ordered and paid but then she asked some question, and as soon as sound came out of the cashier's mouth the lady blurted out HUH? the cashier had a total short circuit and it took a full 3 or 4 seconds to recover. It had me dying laughing and I've been sneaking it in ever since. It is amazingly effective.
It's especially funny after a very controversial/rude/left field question.

Violent Shorsey kinda reminds me of my cousin Toe when he played hockey. Like 3 fights a game in 1980s and 90s small-town Saskatchewan senior hockey. Without the mouth through, but temper. He got so mad working on the combine he threw a 1 1/4 wrench as hard as he could at the quancet... problem is the boxed end slid over his finger on release and that just flipped around backwards till it hit the back of his forearm breaking his finger. So into town to the hospital. Letterkenny is so universally small town Canada. The res, the skids, the Christians, the hockey player, etc. It's kinda the same thing as corner gas was for relatability in a comical way. Except corner gas was way mellow with no edge at all, which is fine cause that is an aspect of the world they represented. But Letterkenny is the small-town clichés and tomfuckery on display.

Roy Annau, who played on the very first national Israeli hockey team in the 90’s, comes from Ein Gedi Israel. Roy Annau is originally from Wawa Ontario, 6 hrs west and north of Sudbury Ontario full on Bush League. He has to be The Grand God Father of Israeli Hockey and I used to talk Hockey with him when I lived in Ein Gedi in the 80’s.
