Sgt. Rooker's familiar because he has that classic tone and cadence you'd think a lot of cop instructors would have. At least in movies.
Also the head of the small arms range. Sgt. Pauldon I think he said. It isn't but I swear he sounds like actor Treat Williams (The Substitute sequels among other things).
