Surprising my first thought with the headache is did they fall or hit their head weeks prior. CT head will definitely rule out the worse case scenarios of brain injury. Migraine seems more likely as well.
Worst case approach 👍🏽 nice! Being a safe doctor is important No history of trauma though.

Thanks for acknowledging this from someone who doesn't have an iota from what you do as an economist. My mom is a doctor and used to take me around about her job.
