We love our babies, we make sure they get their medication too. My little ShihTzu I lost took 4 meds in the am. One in the afternoon and 5 at night. And she was such a trooper. A little peanut butter makes the medicine go down 🎶🎶❤

We took him to the vet shortly after and found that he had a cancerous tumor. It's really sad how cats hide their pain and act stoic. He was the first pet I remember taking home so it was difficult when it happened, but I am at least glad that he is no longer suffering.

@SvenandRobbie My Brandon takes the same inhaler and I have the same Aerocat. Thanks to you I found out my 8 year old cat has asthma. We also found out he has diabetes and if I never saw your videos he would've gotten so much worse before we found out! Thank you so much to you and Sven!!
@alexc.g8525 they have a pill called Bexacat that you give to them at the same time every day, for the first I think it was 6 months there about we would take our now diabetic male cat who has not gone quite a full year being diagnosed as diabetic that'll be in November and our vet would do blood work on him, they don't really do insulin old school with needles anymore from what I understand; I'm sure it's still available for extreme cases but they have pill medication available. The trick is just knowing your cat's behavior on and off the medication and like if they start acting off seeking Medical Care ASAP is in their best interest but they also have to be on a prescription diet for life. The Bexacat cat medication cost us about $100 a month, and his food we get a 24-pack of prescription wet food and a large bag of dry food together cost about $ 125.00, dry food can last us about a month and a half wet food we use every other day in the evening. Our big boys 9 and if everything goes to plan he can make it to be about 15 years of age the only thing you have to look out for is kidney and liver problems with this medication you cannot touch it you have to use gloves to use it. But if you can afford it and your diabetic cat is healthy, otherwise we recommend it. My cat went from 23 lb down to about 12 lbs and 8 weeks is how we found out he was diabetic, he did put on weight once his blood sugar normalized so that he averages about 17 lb but our vet is okay with that because it's the only way I can describe it is the right kind of fat for his age versus excess fat that we did everything possible for that wouldn't come off his body.
Every time I see Sven I keep thinking it's my childhood cat, Mickey, lol The markings and color is so on point! I was 3 years old when Mickey was a kitten and he passed when I was 22. I still miss that little cat. ❤
