Never really got the respect I felt he deserved as a player. But he goes down as one of the best halves in my opinion. The bloke had the uphill battle of playing against the best rugby league side ever assembled in origin and was a massive scapegoat for nsw loses. Regardless, a good bloke and a great convo again boys!
Man not gonna lie I always felt so bad for pearcey especially how he got treated by the media and seemed to cop all the blame for NSW losing. One of my all time origin moments is when him and Maloney linked up one last time for game 3 2019 to win the series because Honestly no one deserved it more than him. Thanks for the memories Pearcey!
