@MEME TUBE never set unrealistic goals for your self at a time , FOR EXAMPLE exercising is not in ur habit and 1 day u see any video then u decide ki exercise krte h and that is very good but if u start with 60-70 kgs , U will be injured so that’s why set achievable goals FOR EX in this case set target ki m Kl 2-3 min running krunga ya 2-3 min sirf walk hi krlunga be then increase it day by day .

जय किशोरी जी का विचार बहुत ही अच्छा लगा कि उनमें कोई दिखावा नही है सबसे अच्छा लगा कि भगवान पर भरोसा रखो में पिछले तीन साल से एक काम कर रहा था पूरी मेहनत लगन के साथ लेकिन कॅरोना और बाजार की स्थिति को देखकर मज़बूर होकर उस काम को छोड़ना पड़ा फिर भी मेरे को लगता है मेरे मेहनत और लगन का फल मिलेगा इसलिये मन बहुत कम विचलित हुआ है 50लाख नुकशान होने के वावजूद भी आज मन शांत रहता है

I'm 15 but her words inspire me alot ....I connected to Krishna and her when I was in 8th standard ..her bhajans used to spell bliss on my mind while I was cooking and eventually I arrived one day on a video actually it was a short video might be of one hour I heard to it and started listening to 3hr bhagwat katha ji of her , on u tube and since then I connected to Kisna and from that day there is no looking back...I just keep learning about God,dharma and keep correlating things I have a strong desire and craving to learn more and more about all these things ,just greateful to be a part of this generation.....she is my guide and Kisna is my Sarathi..
