Switching it up with KCEVE KVM

Recently, I received my laptop for my full-time job, which added another computer to my desk. Well, it's time to consolidate!
I hopped on Amazon and found this inexpensive KVM from a company called KCEVE. Never heard of it, but it had pretty decent reviews so I pulled the trigger.
As using a KVM is new to me, I thought this would be a good opportunity to tell others about what's in the box and how well it works for me. I hope that you find this informative in helping you decide on a KVM.

so i plan on getting the DP/HDMI version. my main pc will get the DP and the laptop will get the HDMI. I will connect to one monitor even through it will have support for 2. Will the KCEVE be good enough for it?

Thanks for watching! I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. As long as the KVM has a DP and HDMI input and one HDMI or DP out to the monitor. Let me know how it goes.
