  • I created this super quick and yummy low calorie chocolate chip cookies recipe with only 1 tablespoon of flour that too in just ONE MINUTE.
    Make yourself this low calorie snack and enjoy the whole batch without worrying about the calorie count.
    The whole recipe has about 80-85 calories.

    🌸 Ingredients
    Flour: 8 grams
    Cornstarch: 20 grams
    Sweetener: 15 grams
    Baking soda:1.2 grams
    Low fat milk: 7 ml
    Unsweetened applesauce or melted butter: 7 grams
    Chocolate chips (as required)

    Tasty and will make them again but definitely not large unless you're a Barbie doll. Don't use 2 t milk or you'll have to add an extra T of flour for another 28 calories. Total calories in recipe as written without the chocolate chips is 114. The bottoms were burned at 6 minutes so cut the time - your oven temperature may vary. Thinking flavorings, cinnamon or zest would be nice.

    What can I use to substitute apple souce that is still low calorie? Or how to make apple sauce at home?

      you can make applesauce at home by taking some diced apples, water and lemon juice and boiling them in a shallow pot/ frying pan for like 20ish minutes at a simmer, then add cinnamon and blend in blender till smooth

      You can use mashed bananas, but it might change the taste

      Use canned pears and mash a tiny slice. Probably any fruit would work as long as it is mashable - fresh, frozen or canned.
