- Nearly twenty years after we last met, on Saturday Bournemouth face Wrexham in Santa Barbara - and it's fair to say that both are now VERY different football clubs. Whilst both have faced similar amounts of pain with administration and points deductions, the latter were relegated. The former, as we know, survived by the skin of its teeth.
Whilst, Cherries are now facing their eighth season in the Premier League, Wrexham conversely spent 15 seasons in the non-league, but with new hope injected into the club in 2020 via Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenny - better times were around the corner.
Two promotions in consecutive seasons have ensured the Red Dragons are just two divisions away from the top flight, and with hopes and dreams to reach the very top, we catch up with lifelong Wrexham fan Nathan Salt for his honest thoughts on how the recent renaissance at the Racecourse Ground.
Is it all as rosy as the camera make out? Might players be signing for the wrong reasons? How have fans benefitted and suffered? And what is causing this dichotomy of domestic hatred but international love?

Purely from the Hollywood AFC perspective, if Wrexham are midtable at Christmas, the producers may be hoping that Wrexham looks toward making a push in the FA Cup, since an FA Cup run could well be good for several episodes.
Both Wrexham and Phil Parkinson have history of making runs in the FA Cup. Fingers crossed! 🤞 😁
They will probably film the same as Bournemouth and if it works out promotion or something exciting it will be made
