TENERIFE, WINE TASTING IN THE OROTAVA

- Today’s video is from a Bodega in La Orotava, Tenerife. I sample a few of the vino’s and show you the vineyard from the rooftop.Tenerife is a great island for producing wine due to its climate, from the northern slopes to the southern region of Guimar. A tourists delight and some great tours to be had around these Bodegas. I finish off the video with a return to the resort of Puerto de la Cruz and the beach at Martianez.

@ntm-northtenerifeman5749 no we came back last Tuesday. It was just a week. Back August.. and going to book tomorrow for November. Its perfect for us, 2 and a bit hours from the mainland and 20 mins from the airport. We went last week to foundation canaria orotava de historia de la ciencia. Open mornings, personal interest as my cousin done the archive stuff, he's now retired and volunteers there most days.
Just a quick question mate then do the kids go back to school reading a lot to reviews on my hotel saying over run by school kids
Oh that’s not good. There are some hotels that are adult only. I think European kids is mid June and Uk is 10 July I think. Thanks Nick
Lots of kids in hotels at the moment, may is the month for school trips before they break up in June. Then they don't go back till mid Sept. It's a loooonnnnng summer break 🤣
So if I going in June I might miss them
@revparsons3tl yes... they break up around the 20/21 June. We left puerto last Tuesday and that morning at the hotel we were invaded at breakfast by about 25 of them, sounded like 50 tho. BUT... they are polite, not rude etc just over excited. I'm too old for being over excited 😊 have a lovely holiday
