Memorial day weekend listeners? anyone got tickets?? CREED FOREVER
Still a great song
From indonesia
I wish I had tickets
So glad creed is getting more recognition. I’ve never heard anyone with a voice that is warm and harsh and soft and hard like Scott Stapp.
Eddie Vedder has a very similar voice
So glad the internet finally realized how hard this song goes. Creed had some bangers.
It’s just the generation growing up hating them because it was popular truly understanding them
Never heard it before now
I used to hate em in the early days now the songs hit different lol im 35 now haha

Creed making a comeback in 2024 was the last thing I expected but I'm loving it
Texas Rangers brought them back in 2023 brother, welcome to the revolution!!!

Yeah the band breaking up with so much hatred convinced me it couldn't happen. So very glad I'm wrong.

This song has so much meaning to me... In 2009 I struggled with a drug addiction and I was at my complete rock bottom..I was ready to give up and I didn't want to live no more... I overdosed and woke up in the hospital, after months of treatment my therapist said go home listen to this song... June 18 of this year 2019 I celebrated 10 years sober and clean....😁😊😊😊
Keep up the hard work dude, most of us aren't that lucky to come out alive. I've lost my best friend to overdosing on heroin, He and I loved Creed as a band when we was younger, keep striving forward! Many blessings upon you!
Good man.

Damn....I hadn't heard this song for what seemed like 20 years and then this morning while working at the airport, I hear it in the rental car I was driving back to the wash facility.
I made it through first verse before completely losing it and having to compose myself before meeting with my new manager.
I lost my Dad in January 7th and this song was like a complete gut punch from out of nowhere.
After work, I decided to see if I could make it further that the first verse and nope...I had to stop it again.
I love you, Dad. I'll see you again some day.
your dad is always with you now 🎉❤
Same thing happened to me right after my mom passed. I burst into tears after hearing it, even though I had heard it a hundred times before and it never had that effect. Sending positive vibes your way bro.
Oh, I know this feeling. Grief hits you out of nowhere. My dad passed in 2014, and I am still not okay.

Brazil. I like
I don't care what criticism they got in the past nor do I care about the over usage of green screen effects and the somewhat crappy late 90s Super Nintendo- donkey- kong- country- style 3D CGI Graphics in this video. I'm mesmerized by everything in this and I love it and I always will.
Geography Now I'm taking a huge nostalgia trip tonight, I remember seeing this on mtv back when it first came out and I was so mesmerized. The quality isn't the greatest but man the music sweeps you away and the symbolism/substance is so tangible. I miss music like this.
Krimzon Lotus couldnt agree with you more hun xx
Geography Now Hear, hear! I recently got sober, and now live an amazing life. During the 90's I was spiritually broken. I can now appreciate the small things in life. This music has been key, in helping me connect with my higher power.
Geography Now Love your channel.

When I was in highschool (maybe around 2009-2010) I done an analysis of this song for English class, but I didn’t do it for the assignment, I did it as a cry for help that maybe someone maybe even the teacher will see that I was begging, screaming for help. But I just got made fun of for it, and got a shitty grade for it because it was ‘morbid’ not because of whether I did a good job or not. The week that followed I almost succeeded in what I was praying someone would stop. That day I realised no one saves you but yourself. Can't freakin' wait til November 2 see you guys & 3 doors down in Biloxi! 🤘
This song speaks to the depression I have suffered through for years dealing with childhood abuse & later postpartum depression. I know what it's like being on that edge & just one thing can just push you off. Thankfully I received therapy to deal with my demons & can say I am living through it, but taking one day at a time. But this song encapsulates that very feeling. If you have never suffered from trauma, I don't think you can understand the full meaning of this beautiful, yet haunting song. One of my favorites from Creed.
Cast them demons out.

I know it sounds weird to say this, but Creed was the best concert I've ever been to! I saw them live with my mom (RIP) back during the 2012 Human Clay tour, I'm telling you, these guys had that crowd more hyped than any other bands I've seen at that venue.
Creed sounded exactly like the album, Scott's vocals were freaking perfect, everyone was killing it.

Never gets old or boring. What a master piece. It is a pity that we don't get music like this these days.

We do have artists of this quality nowadays. The problem is that once they blow up the record companies force them to conform and they eventually become generic. It happened in the older days too, yet some bands beat the odds and kept their quality. That's why an artist's first few albums are USUALLY their best.

My son who has passed loved creed. Arms wide open is my ringtone. Has been for 9 years since he passed. It will never change.
💕💕
Sorry for your loss. I mean that. Your son must have had good taste in music and didn't let others dictate what he liked. I was a youngster when creed was big and ever since the first time I heard one of tremonti's riffs, I was mesmerized. It speaks to me somehow. Here I am all these years later still listening
@@dilldowschwagginz2674 I'm 64. Always been a rock and roller. Fell in love with their music when I first heard it. And the lead singer is "hot". Lol.
@@swright439ify alright! You sound awesome. Wish I knew you. Keep on keeping on

What a stretch
Difference between now and then 🔥old is definitely gold
Mark Tremonti is such a beast on the axe. I was never a Creed fan back in the late 1990s and early 2000s. I secretly loved some of their songs lyrically such as "My Sacrifice". Musically, Creed kicked ass! I've spent many hours thrashing away at Tremontis. He's a true underrated tallent.
Here’s the lyrics
Please come now I think I'm falling
I'm holding on to all I think is safe
It seems I found the road to nowhere
And I'm trying to escape
I yelled back when I heard thunder
But I'm down to one last breath
And with it let me say, let me say
Hold me now
I'm six feet from the edge and I'm thinking
Maybe six feet ain't so far down
I'm looking down now that it's over
Reflecting on all of my mistakes
I thought I found the road to somewhere
Somewhere in His grace
I cried out heaven save me (save me)
But I'm down to one last breath
And with it let me say, let me say
Hold me now
I'm six feet from the edge and I'm thinking
Maybe six feet ain't so far down
Hold me now
I'm six feet from the edge and I'm thinking
Maybe six feet ain't so far down, I'm so far down
Sad eyes follow me
But I still believe there's something left for me
So please come stay with me
'Cause I still believe there's something left for you and me
For you and me for you and me
Hold me now
I'm six feet from the edge and I'm thinking
Hold me now
I'm six feet from the edge and I'm thinking
Maybe six feet ain't so far down
Hold me now
I'm six feet from the edge and I'm thinking
Maybe six feet ain't so far down
Please come now I think I'm falling
I'm holding on to all I think is safe

Still listening in May 28 2024🖐️ ?
Best creed song by a mile
One of the best riffs in the rock's history, no doubt.
System of a Down - lonely day
Not the best of all time but definitely better than this song… imo
More? :D
And so many morons out there say that Mark Tremonti did nothing impressive on guitar in Creed until he left for Alter Bridge 🤦♂️
definitely one of the most riffs of all time
@@Treezz1337 Close race.
