Thanks for watching, the finished and furnished model homes definitely perform better (more views, people watch longer, etc). For this one I just thought it was a unique plan and the builder's closest model of it is in Tampa. I wanted to share it even though it still looks rough on the inside since it will actually be offered in another community here coming next year - but the builder doesn't plan on making this a model show home there either.
