nothing beats old school model...2005-2006 cbr 600rr's is reaaly the sexiest cbr model compare to new ones...its sickly bulky heavy monster in the front...like a bulldog...matador..beast !

@@RKMotorsports you know what...that beauty...eventhough it is a rebuild unit...here in my country Philippines,it will cost a fortune....bigbikes here is very expensive...when i retire my yamaha fzr250 few years ago..i can only watch video like yours to satisfy my eyes with cbr's hahaha...coz i really can't afford to buy one...anayway keep in saving these machine,bigbikes are work of arts that should not be neglected and taken for granted...till next tym bro..

Every SH bike must be completely dismantled before buying.
Do you pick the design of the fairing based on what's trending or do you base on customer request, assuming you restore to sell the bike so let the customer choose which design they want.
Some designs are what the customer has requested and other times I choose the design myself. I like to choose unique designs that not many other people have
probably the best color scheme you've done so far tbh. But I do love red, black, and white.
Honda makes beautiful color-schemes. Mine was black-grey-silver with yellow wheels, it sounded just as sweet as your rebuild. Great job.

The CBR 600rr is my favourite bike, would watch u rebuild these bikes for days.
Putting the bolts back where they go while you work is a good tip 😊

I wouldn’t run that fan wobbling that much. The shaft is probably bent. That’s just me 🤷♂️
It was the plastic fan itself that was bent out of shape, the shaft was good. If I get a new fan it will straighten out
Any damage to radiator no matter how small it should have been replaced to.
@@shaney765 Agreed, nice rebuild, but if I bought a rebuilt bike, I'd want everything to as close to factory specs as possible. Easy to do when you already have the bike in parts.
While apart it would have taken no time at all to change and piece if mind knowing it was 100% and not likely to get worse or affect anything later on would have bee better...doesn't look great left how it was.

Another great repair job. Have you considered doing a podcast without the music and use the sounds created by working on the bike? I have seen it done here in the UK and the sound of ratchets and tools, removing and replacing parts etc is very satisfying.
I have thought about doing some live stream videos with me working on the bikes, but I just need to get the equipment first

You should put cinematics at the end of the bike! The bike looks so good with this scheme! I think its based on HRC scheme.

The steering column maybe a slight bend,you should check it by laser calibration. It will be affect safety over time.

My thought is that radiator's damage may not be visible, cause radiator cells had a strong force on them by the crash, as a result to built tiny cracks on them and may can couse radiator's leak.
