Charles is doing a tremendous job playing William …one of the best casting decisions in years.
Buck hanging out on the couch with the kids is adorable. ❤
I loved the scene where Buck watches TV with the children, his great great great great...(etc) grandchildren!!!!! ❤
Yeah, that was a cute moment
Idk what changed this season, but Roger and Bree feel like they have finallyyyy come into their own. The acting, the storyline, their chemistry, idk I feel like it was muted before and they're finally shining this season.
They have a really great story this season. That makes so much difference.
The time travelers seem to assume (quite wrongly) that "the future" is safer than the past. Bree especially. For not wanting to be "bitten twice" she remains as unaware of the danger Rob Cameron poses to her and her family as she was when she naïvely purchased a ring from Steven Bonnet. She's learned very little about how to behave in either century except as it relates to her own perceptions. It happens again in Bees and William calls her out on it and sends her home to her children while he goes on to deal with the danger. Interesting pattern playing out.
Absolutely love this, especially Roger and Brianna (& those amazing kids) & William.
Wasn't a big fan of William in the books but loooooove him in the show 😃👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 great casting
In the books he had a striking resemblance to Jamie though....this one doesn't.
William’s very whiny in the books. At the same time, he’s apparently the spitting image of Jamie at the same age so the fact he doesn’t figure out Jamie’s his father sooner, is mind-boggling.
I'm loving William! He's far more likeable in the show than he is in the books...although Book William is finally growing on me.
Yes, I couldn’t stand book William til book 9, but Charles is doing a great job making him relatable.
I am LOVING this season! I wasn't feeling 5 & 6 as much, but this one is insanely good!!
Love the photos at 1:20! They even have the photo of '40s Claire that Frank used when she was missing.
I never notice these kind of details in the actual episode so it’s nice to see them here.
Sensacional toda a 7ªtemporada. Todos os episódios com bastante ação e emoção. Aguardando agora o 8° episódio ( 708)
I liked the setup of here we go again back into the past. Finally getting away from the near present thankfully. Loved that we finally got to see a big battle scene from the war. The historical part of the show is one of it's best bits imho. William does a great job as a character who echoes Jamie imho. I hope we get more of him in the next part of PART 2. It's awful that we have to wait until 2024 to see the rest of the season!
I think we need to more Seasons of Outlander. Most seasons where at 12 or 13 seasons except for Season 6!!!
Exactly! I personally feel the production has made the unfortunate decision to take its core audience for granted with the shortened seasons and especially withholding episode 8 after such a long wait.
I don't remember a scene of Jamie in the battle of Saratoga in this episode 🤔 but they showed one here
Probably a deleted scene :/
Can you tell me what minute are you referring to ???
@@giuliapicchiotti @4:00 mark
I missed those scenes of Jamie when he's shooting @ 4:00 in the episode :/
I was thinking the same thing
Maybe they didn’t make the cut?
I feel like they’ll be in the 8th episode… remember how for culloden they kept flashing back to the battle. I’m thinking it’ll be Jamie remembering what happened during the battle as he recovers from his injuries
When TARZ will give a traduction in french . Thank's
Quand la traduction en français ??😢

1:17 “Rodger” Wakefield?
I know, and Wakefeild too...wierd
@@onesixteenth He used his adoptive father’s family name for a bit didn’t he? Reverend Wakefield.
@@checksanity he did, but it isn't spelt Wakefeild
Did you see it also said "St Augustine CollAge"? Seriously WTH. Wondering if it's some kind of joke.
They really should have used another song instead of (In The Air Tonight) during the sex scene. That song is about a wife leaving her husband. Phil Collins's wife left him, and that song describes how he felt about his upcoming divorce.
If you're gonna judge songs on what the singer was thinking. Most songs would never be relevant.
@@wkadalie okay, if you say so? It's not with Phil Collins was thinking, it's what the song is actually saying.
I think it was a poor choice based solely on the intensity of the song. I've always loved this song but the accompanying scene didn't "rise" to the occasion. They had more intensity with their make-out in the tent on the way to Roger getting ordained. 🙄
may be me but im a bit over the sex scenes tbh.. 😂😊 i feel they take up space that could be used better ..
Wait. Wut? That certificate says "Rodger Wakefeild St. Augustine Collage"? Are you serious? They spelled not only both of his names wrong, but "collage" instead of "college"? Is that some kind of joke that they're wanting to see if viewers notice?

The storyline is getting really compressed at this point with changes from the books to make that happen. Understandable but sad.
Yep! It's terrible because for me there was so much detail in S1 through 5 that you could re-watch all of those episodes and find hidden gems you didn't notice before. You also got detailed information and explanations. Now they just throw scenes at you that jump ahead and you're left with questions they never bother to cover. Tremendous let down from what you've come to expect from the series.
Anyone who knows the real history of the first battle of Saratoga needs to detach from that completely. This episode is fiction. Enjoy it for entertainment purposes only.
Stop pronouncing the name wrong!! Its been way too long! Two weeks after you started making this show was too long not to get it right. It’s Fray-zer it rhymes with razor. It’s not that hard. Do you do it on purpose?! Don’t you correct people if they say your name wrong?! All the other actors say it right. I bet you retake a shoot if they say Fray-zhyoor don’t you?! It’s embarrassing you’ve pronounced Fraser wrong for so long. It’s embarrassing and disrespectful, to the fans, to the actors, to the directors and especially to the author. Stop it!!
I know! And they say Brianna "Bree-ahna" which isn't how any character pronounces it. It's so weird and annoying!
@@quibily BREE-ahna is pretty much what Jamie corrects it to in the book, when Claire was pronouncing it "Bri-ANN-a" (guessing, because she said he told her to name the baby after his father, Brian).
I do not like Bee and Rogers love scenes. They do not have the chemistry of Sam and Caitriona.
The last one was a complete dud they could've kept imo.
the Witcher replaced Henry (and for me Geralt's story ends) did starz ever think of replacing Sophie? one admits they made a big mistake, fixes the mistake and moves on. I also remember in Dr Queen Medicine Woman they replaced their daughter: Colin (first there was a blonde girl, then the red-haired actress arrived: very good.) Please no more sex scene
Sophie has definitely grown on me. I like her for the role now.
Sophie is great and that sex scene was the best one they've ever done. Period.
@@19ashe86 critics panned all the films she made. bloodline, 211... she doesn't work in outlander and she doesn't work elsewhere. It's like an athlete in a race who always comes last and you keep saying oh... she's great. This happens because the person is defending the character. Sophie can be beautiful, kind, funny, intelligent, she just doesn't have acting skills. You write period. I end with peace. :)
@@enricospoti7031 maybe she's just trying to focus on one thing at a time and enjoy life between. It took me a few seasons to warm up to her and I think last season is when I finally started to really like Bree over all.. Roger too. They've both grown so much over the run of the show as actors and characters. I don't understand people who don't like the actors of this show. Obviously people thought they were good enough to give the roles to do....
They did replace Colleen in Dr Quinn but I believe it was because the actress' father made her leave the show. And the original actress (Erika Flores) was a much better actress and looked the part more than Jessica Bowman, so I'm not sure what point you're trying to make there.
I do love that you brought up Dr Quinn though because I was obsessed with that show for a while and it's still one of my favorites. Outlander of course surpasses that love by far. 😊
