Sir i paid gic through my account and my mothers account but now i got study visa refusal so i applied for refund from icici bank. Will this refund amount come to my account only or in both accounts?

According to you, Where should I open my account in CIBC or ICICI ?, If we don't consider the numbers of banks branches in ICICI. Your answer is going to be really helpful for me. Please tell me.
Both are good options But ICICI is recommended as it wont deduct tax and payment can be done from another account as well. In CIBC all amount will be paid by one account only and TCS will be deducted.
