  • The Atom 80 is an engine that came from a passionate story that started over 20 years ago, with the development of 2 small displacement engines: the VR 80 in the mid-90s, and the Fly 100 in the early 2000.
Atom 80 is the lightest engine every created by Vittorazi and 100% made in Italy. Something very similar to a small, comfortable and practical city car. The structure reduces weight and enhances reliability (less components means less chance of breakage). It also guarantees a very easy maintenance.
The other great quality of the Atom 80, due to its ease of use and lightness, is the possibility of being used by flight school students and beginners. It is easy to use and extremely manageable engine, also for women, who wish to have a light engine on their shoulders.

I have a moster but the atom looks so good for xc because of the reliability and fuel aspect.

Can you please tell me how to upgrade the carb of my Atom80? It is the older version and it doesn't have the preassure hose

Hello. I just bought a brand new atom80. I did the brake in and first flight but I cant get more than 7200rpm at full throttle with a 125cm cb prop.
Manual says it should reach 9000rpm.
I am using 98 unleaded fuel with 3% sintethic oil. May that be the problem?
I have the carbureator factory settings. Should I adjust the carburateor high end needle setting?
    Thanks
    Oscar
