Glad you remembered to crack the windows open for ventilation, butane( and other types) of gas heaters can be poisonous.
Butane and propane have a very low carbon footprint, and rarely poisons anyone.

It's really cool to see truck camping in other countries thank you for sharing this video. The spam lid can be used to cut and if you bend it a little it can be a scoop to get chunks it was designed that way so the allied troops in wwII coud eat it from the can with no utensils needed. Keep the videos coming please.

I love the snow too but it doesn't snow that much anymore where I live. It use to snow all the time in New England but that has changed over the past 10 years. Not sure why.

Nicely done. Snow is your friend, not your enemy. I might suggest an awning and a portable camp fire pit-- if you can find anyplace in Japan that has natural ambiance.
You might consider throwing on a pack and camping on some of those mountains I see in your vids.

Spam, rice, and eggs. Reminds me of the times I spent in Hawai'i. Used to go once or twice a year prior to coronavirus. It is a long trip from my home in Pennsylvania in US, but it was always lovely. Many places serve spam, rice, and eggs (or some variation of it) as a "fast food" or diner style breakfast. Really enjoyed your video! God Bless 🥰
