WGO goes back to school - education and outreach program

Wichita Grand Opera's outreach program brings opera into the classroom. The program engages students by having live opera singers sing opera and gives an opportunity for the students to engage by singing along, playing instruments, and dancing to the music. This program featured works from Mozart and Bizet. The students became part of opera as the pan flute orchestra in Mozart's Bird catcher song and danced the roles of matadors and bulls in Bizet's Toreador song.
