Might I suggest marking the circle with a smaller circle cutter prior to baking, leaving a gentle indent. This would be quite the time saver when making a lot of cookies.

Are you decorating the top of the cookie or the bottom side? Looks like the bottom side to me, but does it matter which side? Might be a stupid question but I was just wondering. Thanks and you do beautiful work.

Your cookies are truly magnificent!!! However, there's something I didn't understand... Why did you decorate the cookie on the side that you added the glitter / sprinkles onto the isomalt? How is the cookie then sealed???
