Ingredients:-
1 kg chicken
4 no onions
2 tsp full ginger garlic paste
1 tsp degi mirch powder
3 tbsp mustard oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp chop garlic
3-4 tomato
2 black cardamom
5 cloves
1 stick cinemon
20 black pepper whole
1 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
5-6 kashmiri mirch whole
1/4 nutmeg
4 bay leaf
chop coriander
for smoke one coal
1/4 tsp desi ghee/butte

I'm big fan of ur recipes..maine yeh try kiya ..thik thak hua.. same to same recipe follow kiye..par pakne ke khaye mei kuch kami sa laga...dont know ..exactly kya kami lagi..par aur dusri recipe ke jaisi nahi bani. Hope dusro baar try kar ke phir se dekhungi.
Even we tried exactly the same it came out ok ok.. not that delicious like other tandoori chicken gravy. We tried from other CZcams recipe.. vl gona give a try again
