- Footage shows the extent of devastation in the southern Gaza city of Khan Younis after the recent withdrawal of Israeli ground troops. The city had come under Israeli bombardment in recent months. Thousands of Palestinians returned to the devastated city this week, after Israel unexpectedly announced on 7 April it was withdrawing its forces from southern Gaza.

Without Hammas, Gaza could have been an oasis. Israel gave Gaza unconditionally in 2005. Since Hammas massacred all democratic opposition in 2007 the place is under siege by Egypt and Israel and the place is a mess. Blame hammas!
