@@ChetChat101 Thanks for you dear. One more question please, are public univerisities in Germany teach in English (I.T. Related Degree) or German is a must? Thanks in advance.
Hochschule and University is the same thing. Fachhochschule is very much second class, dont go for the English translation. Another correction, rent should be one third of your monthly budget. Wherever you go, see the rent for student accommodation and multiply by three. For correct information refer to DAAD brochures.
As a TUM student who has spent almost 4 years in Germany. German university has been totally different from my expectation. I am from South Korea and I did my bachelor's in the US, with a semester abroad in the UK. I have been taking it for granted that professors or teaching assistants help student closely with attention, given the optimal student-professor ratio, not to mention the fact that the right materials are provided. However, in Germany, that is not the case. The caveat of the free education and of so-called equal opportunity is that they trade-off with the quality of the education. Well, most of the lectures, I feel like they are not much well organised compared to the ones from the UK to some extent. The lecture contents look good at distance but what I really hate here is that the school wants students to follow everything on their own, assuming that they will look up everything themselves, not to mention some lectures where they accommodate more than 1000 students(this is total bs from my point of view). I don't think that it is bad. However, it is really inefficient. In addition, the fact that there is no such culture as clubs besides academic clubs, is really bad. I wish I could turn back time and go to the UK for my master's. The biggest regret I have ever made. In addition, this may sound a bit too much and too offensive but I feel like German universities are considered to be asylums for refugees as well. This socialism and equality notion sounds good but turned out to be not my cup of tea. Well I have no intention to stay in Germany after my graduation anyway. Spent already more than 150k for the rent and everything, with which I could have already finished the school in the UK at ease within one year. Fuck, I really wish I could turn back time but I went too far. Hope others don't make the same mistake I did, when you can go to other countries under your circumstances. But I guess European universities from non-english speaking countries are more or less like mine. I could finally understand why they say that they don't have enough skilled workers because universities don't train them practically. Hochschule can be a better option for those who want to focus on the application areas. Just another point of view towards the universities in Germany.
That's really informative...but kindly clear my doubt If We have Scholarship(say DAAD) or loan from Indian Bank to cover our expenses then in that case also do we have to show blocked account. Can these be shown as a proof for funding? Kindly reply

To study in Germany is easy as you make it sound but looking for that "permanent" job that's where the rubber hit the road most Germany employers looks for your VISA status even before they check your CV and if they find out your on your 18 Months job search VISA that means you were not good enough to get a job even before you finish your Masters which in turn that shows completely poor organizational skills and lack of awareness of reality. Hello, I am currently a high school student doing the IB curriculum aspiring to do medicine abroad. As for IB subjects (as you dont require all three sciences) i am doing chemistry biology and math hl. However, there are rumours going on that the neet exams are compulsory for all students who also want to go abroad. Is this true? and could you also make videos about studying medicine in germany. I have seen the UK and Australia one and they have been very helpful!
Hi Maureen, thanks for your message. I do understand that rumours can be quite disturbing. Let me explain. Medicine is an undergraduate program in India and NEET is the entrance exam to be taken for that. And you do require BIo, Physics and Chem all three at higher level, which IB does not normally allow. However, in most countries overseas Medicine is a post graduate degree, where your undergrad subjects will count. And in the countries where medicine is an undergrad subject, they do not require the NEET as an entrance exam. We have a video on studying medicine in Australia where this particular question of subjects in IB is discussed - sharing the link below - czcams.com/video/92M-y3cYxDA/video.html We also have a video on studying medicine in UK, which you can see here - czcams.com/video/Pqvgtz715j0/video.html

Hello,
I am currently a high school student doing the IB curriculum aspiring to do medicine abroad.
We have a video on studying medicine in Australia where this particular question of subjects in IB is discussed - sharing the link below - czcams.com/video/92M-y3cYxDA/video.html
We also have a video on studying medicine in UK, which you can see here - czcams.com/video/Pqvgtz715j0/video.html
