I use ernie ball 10's the ones in the neon yellow pack. good strings they are.
@DudeXMyster Tune. If an instrument has good intonation, it means it stays in tune well. A guitarist with good intonation is a guitarist who stays in tune well he plays.

i dont know about what Slash used to use but i use the Extra Slinky ... 38 for the upper 6th string E and 8 for the the the small string E . its pretty small u know, thats for the e-guitar, i have an accoustic guitar and i use the same string also, lol

yes i know that, nevemind, he has is own gauge witch is good, its just a little bit strange for me that the low E string is in 46 but i know that he also tune is guitar down a half step so he need that gauge, the lespauls need to have thicker strings than strats, for lespauls you need to use least 10-46 but on strats you need least 09-42 ,becouse lp,s has another type of neck than the strats have,they(lespauls) need more tension on the neck..=)

I had Jimi Hendrix Seymour-Duncan strings that came with my new electric, and they broke all the time. Now I switched to Ernie-Ball and have only broken like, 3. I stocked up on strings before and couldn't even use them 'cause they don't break!

hey i have a question,, do you now if i can get in the slash recording contest if i am from other country that isnt USA?
I think it's the difference between natural harmonics and fretted notes, but I could be wrong

yes it is 11-46 i dont no why the E string is only in 46 it supposed to be 48,dont know why.

drinking was not the reason that they broke up, slash has recoverd from alcohol and other stuff better than alot of people considering he did it his way. he doesnt party ALL the time but neither dus he have to prove himself any more. he has a family

@farrex0 Lol. Yeah, I'm a PRS fan all the way, but I do like some LPs. Like the silver burst ones. I like the finish on the dusk tiger, but nothing else. I'm not a big fan of robot technology in guitars. Get a Singlecut, they rock. You can get an LP later. :P Get a guitar that sounds good with your rig, not one that you just want because it's a classic.

get your facts straight,gnr didnt break up cause of drinking,axl and slash did get along well they even slept in the same bed at times it was just they eventually had some problems with paul tobias

how great slash's vibrato is? dunno bout that but his vibrato is not that great. it's really "shaky". not bashing slash here. the guy is great, just not his vibrato.
