I'm a gain freak and 12:00 is all i need on the high gain channel. I luvs Mr Bogner's amps
I absolutely love the thick chewy gain structure of Bogner amps. They are right up there with Soldano as my favorite high gain tones I have ever heard.

The 101B has to me what the best amps always have, dirt with clarity and openness where you hear each string

Turn the master above midday with these amps on the back. I can see your channel levels are very high on the front which tells me the master is very low. You also haven't assigned the presence knob two to either channel 2 or 3

I watch your video for more than two years and I don’t know if I hate you or if i love you 😂. Of course I love your video and your work, you made me buy a lot of thing from a single OD pedal like the Mud Killer to a lot of guitar amps of preamps guitar pedal. So I like you for that. But I hate you because you owe(d)/try(ied) some of the best amps ever build. Amps I cannot grab in Europe. maybe i should stop watching your video, but your the only CZcamsr that seems to be true to himself. So keep doing your work like you ever did and don’t change anything.

Best way to get your Uber Ultra to Ecstasy is put the density at 0. That will open up the amp and you get in the Ecstasy universe.

@@SuperCMO79 Nice! The best I have got my ulta to my 101b is that density 0, then uber hair mode, and uber gain structure on channel 2. Then dial the mids to taste. The fat switch also will help here as the ecstasy is a fatter low mid tone overall even on the Tight excursion mode.
I have been saying it for years the Bogner ecstasy is the one and yet a number of other people I say oh no you need the ueberschall you need a number of other different fucking Bogner things and I'm like no no no no no no no no sir the Ecstasy is the one regardless if you get the original rendition or this newer one you will be pleased

Love your channel . I used to own a Peavey Bravo 112 and loved it's brutality compared to the Bandit which was what the sales guy was pushing. This was when it was "fairly new" + a Charvel❤️🔥
The Charvel was loaded with seymore duncan full shred humbuckets. I used a OG Boss Heavy Metal Pedal as a Boost/EQ😤

Sounds boxy with the matching cab... Try it with a Marshall 1960BV or AV with the 16 Ohm Marshall G12 Vintage speakers, it rips!
I like this amp way better than the 5150 but I like a tighter crunchy sound for the skate and pop punk stuff I play.
Would be helpful to explain what the 100 switches do 1st

The Low-Mid frequencies are huge in this amp as opposed to Marshalls (high-mid paradise). This Ecstasy sounds beautiful accapella, but what about on a live band context? I mean, will it cut thru? Due to intense low-mid and low tones that could compete with the bassist.
idk if the Uber is still hanging around, but if it is I'd love to hear them head to head
The sounds are okay from this amp. I like it most with low tuned guitars.
I had a 20th anniversary shiva a few months ago. It sounded pretty good, but not phenomenal. All the control layouts and bells and whistles just kind of seemed over complicated. I now have a Bad Cat Lynx, and i think it’s much better.
Are the Peavey Viper series all garbage or what ? I noticed you don't have any reviews of them. They are cheap. The Ultras are 7-800 in CA. I allready have a Peavey Supreme 100, unfortunately not the Supreme 160😢 It is noisy but pretty nice.

Definitely not the right pickups for this amp. That super honkiness is definitely a JB style pickup thing. Never been a fan of those pickups.
I figured he wouldn’t dig this amp though-it’s definitely not a 5150. It’s a great hard rock amp, a juiced up plexi. Almost got one a couple of times, but the Recto was just more….visceral. Eventually I’ll get an Ecstasy just to have

@@kylebull2The Motor City is an AWESOME pickup. It definitely doesn't have a "honnkeyness" inherent to the pup. There is a reason it's "based" on the JB and that's because the JB is a LEGEND! I have one and it sounds sooooo good.
Bogner pots are set up differently to other amps. It’s hard to do, but dialling the sound with your ears and not settings your eyes are used to opens up to new possibilities. e.g. crank Treble and cut Mids
That Bogner sounds pretty awfull. Fartner would be a better name. I thought I was going to love it. Oh well. Guess it's worth $30 bucks
For 30 bucks all we can get is an hour with your momma 😂😂
