Can these real estate brokers in Ghana pls get the govt to fix the roads plsssss. That’s all we ask for bcos Ghana is too beautiful not to have simple roads
So true. Cuz roads are like wires in a computer system. It connects point A to point B. I still do not understand why major places in the country have either bad or shoddy road networks.
They should be able to invest in the roads around them , this shouldn’t be the government
@@5andrewggit’s actually the governments job and responsibility not the developers. Some developers do because they are sick of waiting for the government.
@@5andrewgg then what’s the govt suppose to do if they can’t provide the basics
Developed countries do this all the time, when these rich companies purchase the lands u are to develop the surrounding roads .it is the way the system is made
Looks like hotel rooms. Thanks for sharing
Nice view . Hell no this be GH! Oww my Goooooood!
I’ve had the best time at the Signature. Theres nothing else like it.
Nothing is lacking. Everything you need is there - a private pool on the rooftop with the most amazing view ever, a pharmacy, a shop, and an incredibly well-equipped gym. It's perfect!"
Beautiful place! 😍🥰 I actually rode by it when I was in Ghana two months ago. I don't know if others had an issue but the volume on your tour narration was not audible for me.
This is beautiful... See below if you are wondering what the rent would be per month.
Monthly rate from:
Furnished - $5,960
Unfurnished - $2,800
😂😂😂😂
@@AfricanTravellerChannelexactly overpriced
Are you that's the price per month .
A big building like this with a dusty road infront it. Haba
There’s no dusty road in that vicinity. But I get your point.
Is the roads around it for me, You don't build such beautiful thing and have terrible roads around it. Is like nobody mentioned it to them.
Roads are the responsibility of the government not private developers, even in the west
but you can force them to do it in Ghana, especially with that kind of money spent in an area.@@AfricanTravellerChannel
@@AfricanTravellerChannelyep yep
@@AfricanTravellerChannel so they should sit around and wait for the government to do it? This is the mentality that is hurting us Africans. At the end of the day, the people who are coming to spend at a business don't care whether it's the governments job to fix the road or not. All they know is the road is terrible
What road is that 😂😂😂😂
