Use a tin can for cutting the circles for the caps. Just cut the lip off the can by turning the can opener 90 degrees. This will make a perfect circle punch to cut through blue camp pad.
Nice video, I use to make my pommels the way you do but I switched to only using blue camp pad for them now. It makes the pommel very small and I like how it looks and feels compared to the bulky blade foam.
I’d be interested to see a video on how you do this!

@@whackcityamtgard9327 czcams.com/video/YHKRcdGfe7M/video.html the pommel install begins around 22 minute mark, this video shows how warlord sports used to make their swords that they sold for 60+ dollars each. They have shut down but left their tutorials up which is super nice lol. To me this is the most optimal pommel for the game. It also allows you to grip the sword by the pommel giving you an extra inch or two of reach.

You should try pinky balls for the pomell it works well
If you have a sharp knife, it works so much better than that serrated knife…

Butterflyknives and balisong knives are the same thing.
Butterfly knives (also known as balisong knives) have handles that rotate around the tang of the knife and conceal the blade when they’re closed.
