Classic Cottage Pie Recipe - super easy and delicious

Ingredients:
Olive oil (drizzle)
1 onion (chopped)
5 cloves garlic
1 carrot (diced,small)
Celery
Rosemary
500g minced beef
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp plain flour
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 cups beef stock
For mashed potatoes
800g Potatoes
1/3 cup milk
1 -2 tbsps butter
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
