Drive from the Seattle waterfront to the University district. Towards the end of the video, observe the evolving university district cityscape. This features the University of Washington and its 45,000 plus student enrollment on over 700 acres with 500 plus buildings. Most of the taller buildings featured at the end of the video that are over 20 stories have been built in the last 10 years or less. This is a result of an expansive population growth in Seattle and an increase in enrollment at the University of Washington.
