If you are getting 2nd in a few Tour de France stages- you are a legend!!! Of course, winning is best, winning is most important. Especially in the tour, and so many other races, who remembers who ever was 2nd place?? But second place is amazing! I am all about first places too, counting my race wins, not counting the 2nd place results I have had over the years. But let's be honest, you can not win them all. And sometimes 2nd place is a win ;)
