To be fair, Victor is also a new character that everyone's only had a little over half a year to learn about; Feng's an OG. For how much Dale complains about T8, he's been one of the players benefiting the most from the changes. There's a reason the dude was hard stuck green in T7, even with his boy-toy Miguel.
