Hey Nova! WELCOME BACK AND THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR AMAZING EXPERIENCE AT AX! Just wanted to get a little emotional here and say you did work hard for everything and to achieve this much in such a short time, which flew by so fast, is all thanks because of your dedication and just in general being such an amazing person for a lot of us lab rats. Imposter syndrome sucks ass but understand that just like how many other creators comforted us YOU TOO HAVE ACHIEVED THAT FOR ALL OF US LAB RATS AND WE LOVE YOU! (I still platonically ) OKAY ENOUGH WITH THAT SAPPY SHIZZLE WE ARE GLAD YOU ARE BACK AND THERE IS MUCH MORE TO LOOK FORWARD TO THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING SO FAR AND ONWARDS!

1:00:11 A lot of chain restaurants that we know now started as smaller family restaurants back when hospitality culture was big in America. When you cooked for new guests to the community, you went all out. Meaning the portions were originally designed to make sure no one went hungry and the leftovers were a possibility for visitors. Most Americans don't cook like this at home, as these kinds of meals were meant to be indulgences. Now it's mostly done because no one has bothered to change it but it does have practical roots.
Also, for most older Americans, coffee is not a drink it is a caffeine delivery system. Taste doesn't matter to most of us but I hate coffee in all forms so take my words with a grain of salt.
