What's the concept of meal prep, I mean I didn't get it, can anyone help me out, I think I got some idea but I'm not sure, but ofcourse please enlighten me it might help me as well

It basically just means that you can prepare some of your meals for the weak in advance to avoid cooking a lot during the week. Saves a lot of time as a student ahah:) hope this helps
